They walked me through the process and got me an increase which is exactly what I needed. Navigating the process on my own was a pain and vetcomm really help me figure out how to file my claims.

At first I was skeptical because there are a lot of companies that “say” they will help you and don’t. I highly recommend Vetcomm. I was at 80% and they got me to 100% in 5 months.

I thought they would be able to increase my percentage and I paid them upfront, $1200 to do this and now I cant reach them on the phone. Any phone number I try, I get no response. I havent even tried email, Im afraid Ill get a non response as well. They took my money and disappeared. Total SCAM in my book.

My process went much more smoothly once I used their service. My claim went up significantly on my initial claim and I am in process on the follow up claims based on nexus due to previous awards. The VA seems much more streamlined and the C&P exams were much more comprehensive. When I did have an issue it was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. I can see in other reviews where claimants have suggested poor treatment or a failure on Vetcomm's' part to address issues. This has not been my experience and there is always the **************** Officer in each county who are always helpful. These assets in conjunction can certainly assist you in increasing your award, if that is what is legitimately due to you as a claimant. It is a company I would seriously considering working for as their assistance has been invaluable to me.

I would like to THANK everyone at Vetcomm for helping me get through the very complicated VA process and letting me know what to expect through each process. It does take time to file a claim through the VA and much of the time was waiting for the VA to complete their investigation, but Vetcomm was available to answer my questions and support me every step of the way. Thanks to their support, my rating is up to 80%!

Stay Away from this company. Use your local ***, its free and they will guide you through the process. They will sell you all the bells and whistles. As advertised, theyd assist you prior to your C&P claims and if your rating does not go up, youd get your money back. Well..after 7 months my rating did not go up. Cant control what the VA does. Prior to my CP exams, Ive attempted contact several times..I was told someone would contact me back. It never happened. It was only until just prior to receiving my decision letter they reached out telling me to schedule an appointment. Kind of late? I asked for a refund. I was given the run around. If you advertise that youd assist in preparation but dont return phone callshow is this company beneficial to your customers. I paid for a service that I did not get. Moral of the rant..They did not respond to me in a timely manner and my rating did not go up..yet refuse to give a refund.

I purchased the 6 months for ****** in 6 month time period I received 1 rating at 10% they claim you will get a high rating, they take your money and make you wait over a month just to see the doctor then it takes months to get approved or denied, learn to navigate the internet in the VA web site you dont need to feed crooked companies like this one, stay away.

I was immediately suspicious of a virtually unknown company advertising on Instagram. I honestly thought it would just be a phishing scam, but sadly this is much worse. It is no secret how difficult the ** makes the claim process, and this "company" is preying on vulnerable veterans. They are requesting a pretty steep payment up front, and the mark-up on their payment plan is even more outrageous. ($1197 one-time payment or $2100 over 6 months!) Regardless of the fact that there are many resources that do this service for free, if VetComm was as effective as they claim to be they could just garnish the benefits after they're secured. Even if they only obtained the 10% they "guarantee", the backpay alone would easily cover their fee. However, my main concern is that their "claims assessors" are nothing more than predatory sales people. After all the red flags in this "assessment", my husband gave their telemarketer the polite "let me talk to my wife" brush off. This manipulative shrew had the audacity to hit him with a "well, I've been married 16 years, and MY husband knows he can make decisions like this on his own..." Wow! Can you imagine how often this actually works on people? Especially those who may be especially desperate and/or without any support network. Absolutely disgusting behavior.I am genuinely so sorry to anyone struggling with the VA right now. Please seek out local resources or online advice, and don't give these vultures a *****.

WOW...its that simple. This company did something for me that i NEVER thought would happen i got out of the ************ in 2018 and i tried this process by myself and went and fought the VA for a year for a denial they asked me for nexus letters (i have no idea where to get one of those) and then i reached out to Vetcomm and they took me from 0 to 70 in my first round of claims! Thank you guys so much!
