  We hired them for a complete home renovation, and we couldnt be happier. They handled everything from start to finish with professionalism and skill.   The team did a fantastic job on our bathroom remodel. They were knowledgeable and provided helpful recommendations to make the most out of our space. Their attention to detail is impressive, and they kept us updated throughout the entire process. The final result exceeded our expectations; the bathroom looks modern, functional, and elegant. They completed everything on time and didnt go over the budget we discussed. I appreciated their respect for our home, keeping everything clean and organized.   G Tech Smart *** is little more than a predatory shell business that scams seniors. They took advantage of my elderly relative charging over SIX TIMES the average price for rooftop solar. A complaint against them is being filed with the BBB, ************************, the contractors licensing board, ************************, and CA ***************** In addition to these complaints, we are hiring a private attorney to end the blatantly predatory and wholly dishonest contract they coerced my elderly family member into signing. Luckily, I was made aware of the scam being perpetrated against my family and stopped the work before it was completed. Do the entire construction business a favor and stay as far away from these predatory scammers as possible!!!

  I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against GTech Smart Remodeling for their deceptive and exploitative practices towards my elderly parents. The circumstances surrounding the contract signed with this company are deeply concerning and highlight unethical behavior that has resulted in financial exploitation and emotional distress for my family.My father, who is 91 years old, is blind and physically handicapped, with severe limitations in his motor skills. Despite these challenges, the GTech representative managed to obtain his signature on a contract under circumstances that were clearly manipulative and exploitative. It is evident that GTech Smart Technologies took advantage of his vulnerable state to push through a contract for services that were grossly overpriced and unnecessary.Furthermore, my mother was in a critically ill condition during the time of the contract signing and sadly passed away less than a month after the completion of the work. She was in no condition to make informed decisions or enter into any contracts, yet GTech proceeded with the transaction without any regard for her wellbeing or legal capacity.Specifically, GTech Smart Remodeling charged an exorbitant amount of $30,000 for a new roof and tankless water heater, services that are typically priced significantly lower in the market. This predatory pricing further demonstrates this company's unethical motive of profiteering from vulnerable individuals, rather than providing fair and honest services.The conduct of GTech Smart Remodeling in this matter is reprehensible and disturbing. I will be filing complaints with the California ************************* and well as the ********** of ******** Affairs Contractors **********************

  I received several calls from individuals purportedly to be from the ************** Program of the State of California offering free home repairs. When asked about the official California.gov website I was just told to search for the ************** Program. I did and found no state website. They offered to send someone out to see if we qualified. I agreed and two guys came out who were obviously salesmen . They said that the state would do the repairs free of charge and put on a cool roof and solar panels. This would save me $300 a month. The only catch was I had to repay the state $650 a month for 25 years but since I saved $300 this would only be like paying $350. There would be no lien on my house but if I sold it and the buyers did not make the payments they would come and remove the solar. I said I would think about it and they did leave. So now $650 a month for 25 years is (are you ready?) $195,000. That is a steal for a new roof and solar. So not exactly what I would callfree. The other reviews are right on that this is a scam and I suspect they prey on the elderly. How this is not fraud I dont know. We didnt discuss a contract and I suspect the sales pitch ended because I was asking questions including why would I put on a new roof when mine still has least 15 years left. So beware.

  If I could give a negative review I would. The used elderly abuse and fraud on my granparents. They forced them to sign paperwork within a few hours to remodel their house, which is a loan against their own house. My grandparents are 92 years old and were not even aware it was a loan! When I call their voicemail is full and there is no other form of contact with these scammers. I will be reporting them to the CA board of contractors and if necessary using legal.

  This place is a fraud and a scam. ******************* and his accomplice show up to my grandparents home at 7:45 pm and try to sell them a "new cool roof+ 12 panels solar remove" for 43K when there's nothing wrong with the roof. They then tell my grandparents that they need to sign the contract before 8:30 pm to lock in the deal. I'm so glad I got there in time to kick them out.
