    May 11, 2023 I was contacted by Back At You, invoice #******* a ***************** for *********** businesses to boost sales and leads through social media. They promised to manage my social media of **************************** and LinkedIn, to get me followers, leads and buyers. I paid $750.00 and was told on the phone that if I wasn't happy with their services that I could cancel for a refund. I gave it a month and saw no changed to my social media platforms so in July I called, no answer so left messages for a return call to discuss my money back, multiple messages and no return call. I've sent several emails with no response. November 28, 2023 I receive an email stating my ******** issue has been resolved. I responded back that there was no issue and I have been waiting for someone to get back to me with a solution to my refund. Her name is ************************* Director, Billing Solutions and she stated that there is no refund and I will not be charged for my next billing cycle which is May ****. Now we're going back and forth and she's telling me there is no refund, I was always told there was a refund from the start. This business is scamming people with false promises saying they have a 100% money back guarantee if not satisfied. Well, I am no satisfied. They are scamming. Its fraud. Please help.

    Agreed to advertise with them for $55 a day for 5 days with a $5 a day for re targeting. Launched the ad and when it was approved I saw some missing info. So I tried to update it and it would not let me so I stopped the ad with in 24 hours of it being approved to add the missing info and then was going to relaunch it. When I went to relaunch it they had charged me $162. That's 3 days worth of budget. I didn't agree to that and then asked them to show me where the money went they just said to the ad and that they can't provide how much was spent on each platform because they have a special account to advertise on ****. They are not willing to show me anything that shows where 3 days of my budget was spent. Only thier dash board that shows 162 was spent and obviously I know that.

    Thank you for your feedback. We have attempted to call*** multiple times without a return call back so there could be a better understanding of this matter. We have reviewed this request in detail and the ad did run on November 15th and also on November 16th, the ad was stopped early by***, and the amount that remained has been credited accurately and automatically to***'s account to be used on their next ad. This is an automatic process and the funds not spent with **** are applied as a credit.*** is not a subscription based client with Back At You and is using our free level to run paid advertisements paid to **** which is a different company and they do not have refunds for paid ads.

    Ty's ad included running on********************, the web, and re-targeting and ran on two dates, not one.

    The credit of $148.86 is/was accurate and will be applied to whatever their next ad is that they launch. We provided proof that the ad ran and where. No refund is due as there are no refunds for any aspect of our services and all sales are final. This is per our terms of service that is present on every invoice. We have not been able to have a phone conversation with*** but we welcome it so this can be addressed. We welcome*** to give us a call at ***************

    $55 a day for one day doesn't add up to $162 dollars and they charged me. And 55 x3 days doesn't add up to that amount so I'm confused on where they come up with that and why they can't show me the break down of costs to where it was spent on each site I know they have them but only say it ran on this day yes the 15th at around 11pm and was canceled on the 16th at around 3pm so not even 24 hours.
