Unfortunately, I am one of the victims of this company.Things looked very appealing while the sale's rep was advertising their services and explaining all the benefits working with them.It was very important for me to have my listings or sold properties to be posted automatically on all social media platforms. This is one of the main reasons I subscribed with this company. Not even once I had my listings or sold properties posted by them, because they can not syndicate with my local MLS. They didn't tell me about this issue in advance. Moreover, I had to investigate it myself. Then I called them and emailed them complaining about the quality of the posts they do, especially on Instagram. They are childish and don't show me from a professional standpoint. I was promised to have posts about local market, local amenities, trends and such. Besides, showing how many properties are on the market weekly in a specific town, I have not seen anything meaningful. Moreover, I requested my membership to be canceled multiple times almost right away after I initially subscribed, especially when I was on the phone with them regarding the issues. Also, 2 weeks ago I called them, left a voicemail, then I sent an email requesting cancelation of any memberships. According to my experience with them, they reply days and weeks later. They are telling me that they can not find any proof of my requests. It is simply not true. In MA we have a 3 day rescission period for any subscription. Today is Feb 23, the date when they charged me for a semi annual plan. I am demanding them to refund this amount and cancel the subscription.

I consider this place unethical. When I initially signed up, I wasn't told the cancellation policy. When I tried to cancel a week later, I was told no. The agent admitted he hadn't told me, and I was offered the Bronze Plan at a cheaper price so I stayed on.A few weeks later an agent called up to offer a lead generation option. I thought it was in addition to the Bronze Plan. He said they had to merge it so I would get charged only once a month. When I signed a new Terms contract, I thought it was for only the lead generation, since I was told I still had my Bronze Plan. After 3 months I canceled the lead generation option. A week after I went to get into my Back At You, I was given a new form to sign online, with no option to enter the site unless I did. I thought it had to be because of a change in the terms. I read it, couldn't see anything different, and signed. I then get an email from them telling me about the 3 month contract. I replied that I have been with Back At You longer than 3 months so that didn't apply. They responded that I had downgraded my account so, yes, it does. I replied again that no, I started with the Bronze Plan, I added the lead generation, I took away the lead generation, and now I am back with my origina l Bronze Plan. They have received no response from them. I consider it unethical of them to do these things with their 3-month cancellation policy without informing the customers what is happening. The combining of the lead generation with Bronze Plan should not have affected the original cancellation period. I did not request the combining of the 2 options. I was told that's how they do their billing. That should not become my problem.I now want to cancel my plan with Back at You. I do not support businesses that employ such shady tactics. I warn everybody - be careful when dealing with them. Be aware that they will try to continue to keep you in a 3-month cancellation period.

It was decent for the exposure online, but when it comes time to renewals it should not be ok without our authorization. If the company sends an email and no one response to it, than they should cancel and not just do a $500 transaction without our authorization. Can't talk to anyone over the phone about it and after sending an email they respond once and ignore you after that. I used this company for 2 years and was told to call if wanted to continue, I guess things must of changed, because last time I called to continue. It was only 2 days after they withdrew the money, they should at least charge for one month and not the whole year. Very disappointing ??
