      The folks at Life Alert are caring and professional. From understanding how everything will work to the delivery, setup, and testing everyone was caring and thorough Easy to use also. Im glad we are now part of the family.....I will sleep better knowing my mom will be watched over in case of an emergency. Thank you everyone at Life Alert

      ***** was very knowledgeable and really personable. When he finished explaining the products and prices we had no questions. We will recommend him to all our friends. I hate to call him a salesman because he was so much more.

      When my 85 year old mom fell and had to have hip surgery, it was a wake up call for my family. My mom has always been independent and strong. I saw the Life Alert ad in a magazine I called, and everything was explained. I knew this had to be part of our home plan to give her that independence back. The representative ****** was patient and empathetic. Also when we received the unit ********* was akso patient while going through the steps for the set up.

      The sales and setup team were really helpful. They were clear about all of the equipment. I feel better knowing my mom will have this system in place. The only concern is the low volume of the pendant. My mom is hard of hearing. The setup team explained to me that it is more important that the device connects and that they can hear her. But I worry my mom may panic if she cant hear the person on the other end. The main device is very loud.
