      Mr. ****** was very professional, courteous, and informed when helping me decide which services were needed for my mother. I really appreciated the fact that he said during our initial conversation "if you call and I dont answer, its because I'm with another client and their time is their time, like I will give you the same, if I'm helping you, your time is your time" (paraphrasing) I truly appreciate that. No one wants a representative to put them on hold while they try to multi-task. Mr ***** was extremely thorough, answering all of our questions, he simplified everything and made me trust your company. I feel satisfied with our purchase of your product going forward for my aging parent.

      This was a very easy set up all persons, including ******, who helped me set this up. Ive been absolutely phenomenal at this point before it weve had to use it at all. The experience was definitely worth it, and the peace of mind is very much worth it.
