    I am very disappointed with the services of Greenlaw Consulting Group. I signed a contract to have service rendered in April 2022. As of today, April 2025, I continue to receive letters from the *** indicating that I owe monies. I have forward these letter to Greenlaw, yet I have not received a business reply. I was under the impression Greenlaw was my liaison. I paid for service in full. Now I feel scammed. Where is my representation? If I have to continue and communicate with the **** then I want my money refunded. I can use it to pay back the ***.

    I hired this company in 2022 they made me give them $****** upfront. I went through three tax guys. None of them did anything for me. I ended up getting a big lien on my house on the third ********* he started to do some work and then he disappeared. No one would ever call me back. Nobody would ever reply to my emails or phone calls. I have hundreds of emails and calls on data showing that they never replied back to me. Then I asked him for a refund I knew I would not get most of my money back, but I did expect at least to get a couple thousand dollars back and then they sent me a bill saying that my bill is $****** so I paid him ****** and now the bill is ****** after I canceled my services because they did nothing for me. Stay away from this company complete 100% scam. I went 2 1/2 years and Im in bigger trouble now than I was when I started Because they told me not to do nothing. Im disabled. They cant touch **** have the emails To prove it .

    Hi ******* here they called me and told me that they could help with my taxes if I gave them $350 a month for 12 months so I started paying them for 6months and I got sick and couldnt work or pay the rest so I called them to get some info and they told me unless I was making a payment they wouldnt tell me anything and hung up

    These people are scammers! One year ago I contacted them to get help with my tax bill. After giving them access to help me, they told me they would negotiate down my tax bill as much as possible so that I could pay it off. Next, they said they had negotiated down to a balance of ******** remaining. I took out a lone to pay it off, but instead, they kept the money and did NOT pay it off. Now they claim that I sent that money to monitor the situation. This, of course, is ridiculous. Now I have a large tax bill and a loan to pay off.They also told me that they would submit my taxes for the current year. They did not."If you attempt to contact them, I strongly advise that you do not agree to anything over the phone without emails or proper documentation. They told me they could not send emails. Course they can, but they wont. They don't want the documentation. My mistake was trusting them because they are attorneys."They called me today and wanted to know what I had in my bank accounts. They did not get that information and never will.

    Scammed! I paid these folks to negotiate with the *** to get what I owed down to $0, which is what they promised they would do, and file my tax return last year. Im finding out 1 year later they havent negotiated anything or file my taxes last year! I want my money back and will higher an attorney to *** them if they dont give me my money back!

    I am a 74 year old Senior Citizen and feel as though I was taken advantage of. These people took Charged my Visa card in the amount of $3800.00 for tax help I disputed the amount with Chase which was credited back to my card then they charged my card again for the $3800.00 again which I have disputed again. They also wanted me to sign an application with a loan company for over $7000 which I refused. I have read numerous articles and reviews about Greelaw and found out this is a very common practice they do to people. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General of California about this.

    Our third party representative has reached out to consumer numerous times and consumer refuses to speak to him. The fact of the matter was consumer hired us to do a job which we did and then consumer charged back claiming he never signed the paper work. We of course defended ourselves with the bank and showed them the signature of consumer. The bank then decided that consumer was in the wrong and gave the funds back to us. We never charged him again. That's not how it works consumer. We didn't want to have to air this in a public forum, however consumer refuses to talk to us. We will not be attacked by someone the spews false allegations and hides in the shadows. Consumer, if you truly want to resolve this, please call back the third party that reached out to you numerous times.

    Greenlaw is a joke they have taken over ******* dollars out my husbands bank account and did nothing they said they were gone do and there still taking money every month and we want our money back and stop taking money from our bank account

    After a change in the law green law tax was not able to do what we had disused, But when all was said and done, I was refunded my money. With out any problem.

    Ki-ki was very helpful in helping me understand my rights in a complex tax issue and gave me the proper advice needed before advising me that I did not need to retain her at this time. Very cool to have someone give me the advice I needed and just be honest with me about my position and what the best options were. Super professional and trustworthy.
