    I recently contacted the company by email and phone to request a refund of the $4,000 they charged me to file my back taxes and clear a tax lien against me. I was made aware recently that Greenlaw filed no returns on my behalf and did nothing to help me with my back taxes or lien. I tried contacting the company to request invoices of what they did and what they even charged me for and ***** will return my calls or emails. I want my $4,000 back that they scammed me out of as they did not do anything to help me at all. My granddaughter is in the process of filing all my back tax returns as we speak and I am filing this complaint to get my refund of money they scammed from me and to report this company as scammers. thanks.

    I have been a client of Green Law Tax for three years, and I am extremely dissatisfied with their services. Communication has been consistently poorI have had difficulty reaching them, and my calls are rarely returned. Moreover, they have not resolved any of my tax issues, and I was given misinformation that ultimately cost me more money. Despite providing all necessary documentation for my ************************************************ updates regarding the completion of my tax return. My experience with Green Law Tax has been deeply frustrating, and I regret engaging their services, as I feel I have been charged for services that have not been delivered.

    May 17 2017 My wife and this criminal organization sending them two payments of $2900 for $5800 total. They have never send us any paperwork on settling our tax issue. They also tried to get another $22.000 to settle a $50.000 tax bill. We never received any billing information from them. Which is a criminal act in its self. We have decided to contact the *********************** for illegal business operations. Also thinking about bring criminal action against ***************** and Brain Cissocoate. Only do business with this company if you money to throw away

    They preyed on my sba loan money knowing I can't use that to pay off irs Then jotted up a fraudulent offer in compromise to irs and sent fraudulent letter to me saying irs approved an offer in compromise but when I called irs there's no record of anything they never gave anything to irs accept power of attorney so I canceled with them and they only sent me $25000 And I'm sending it back to them I requested my full refund due to them breaching there contract with me

    I contacted the ********* Services 2 years ago to help me with my irs debt taxes. I have only heard 2 times from them in the 2 years and one of them was to tell me I missed one of my payments to them . They promised me that they would negotiate with the *** for debt forgiveness and they have done nothing at all, but take my money. They have collected. **** from me plus interests. I have called them and called them and they never call me back. I have send text messages and emails and I have not heard anything back.

    On 10/25/2021, I hired ********* Consulting Group **** (******************************************************, Phone: ************, Fax: ************) to help with back taxes with the **** Case ID#: ***** - **************************. Greenlaw advertised on local television in *******, ** . The contract amount for $5000.00. I have asked numerous times by phone and thru 3 written requests for them to provide written information 1. I need to see what has been was filed on my behalf since 10/25/2021 up to present with the *** to resolve the issue of back taxes. 2. I need proof of correspondence from the *** showing the approval and conditions of the hardship release from the back taxes and the amount relieved/reduced or WHAT THEY HAVE AGREED TO. 3. I need a breakdown of all payments received by your company from me for your service to include the $1400.00 payment from the loan that was applied for through your company and the funds from said loan provided to your company on 10/25/2021. (According to my bank records your company has exceed the agreed amount of funds for representation and a refund of that overage is due to me). Further if there are no actions taken during the contract period I am now wanting a full refund for all funds provided to your company. To date (08/14/2023) there have only been deflections. PLEASE see my attached letter in the supporting document upload in regards to this complaint. I am asking for help in regards to to getting Greenlaw Consulting to do their due diligence, and if no resolution was accomplished in this regard then have them provide a full refund of all funds to include the amount of the loan, and all payments made-even the over payments that were withdrawn.Your assistance with this matter is truly appreciated.Sincerely,************************* ************ *************************

    When I first contacted Green *** Tax Group they explained they could help me with my tax issue. They made me believe if I paid them $2200 that would take care of back taxes and I would not owe the *** $6000 in back taxes. I didnt qualify for their loan program but said if i paid them $200 for 12 months, they would help. Here I am 16 months later. I called today and spoke with ******** ************ and she mentions, they submitted my case to the *** in March 2023 as resolved. I also happen to mention that my 2020 Federal refund was witheld due to back taxes owed. SHE mentions that under the 5 year program I am in, unfortunately the *** will still keep any refunds. So I mentioned " THEN WHATS THE PURPOSE OF ME PAYING YOU. I SHOULD JUST PAY $200 TO THE *** INSTEAD OF YOU". I asked for a refund, she said " UNFORTUNELTY WE ALREADY DID ALL THE REASEARCH AND WORK" .. at the end of the call I stated i want some sort a resolution and that I was going to report them to BBB., then the call went CLICK. ************************* UP ON ME. I'm a single mother trying to make it in this world and GREENLAW TAX GROUP just robbed me of $2200 that I could have paid myself to the ***. I feel defeated. All I want is my REFUND. My next stop is the *** Website to begin making payments. Never believed lawyers could be crooks. How naive I've been.

    ond 04/23/2021 i hired green law tax group to file and resolve all my back tax **** this process was supposed to take 365 days in 2022 i called demanding my money back i dont remember the date i called but they convinced me it would take another six months sense that time my husband has been in and out of hospitals seriously ill and i have not had time to deal with much other than taking care of him and maintaining my job at one point i did try to call but was told the number i called was not for greenlaw but some honest tax group recently the state has taken from my bank account for 2016 back taxes which should have been included in this agreement they also said i owed for 2017 as well i had to set up a payment arrangement so i decided to call the irs to see if they atleast settled my federal tax **** and they said i have twenty three thousand dollars in unpaid taxes and has never recieved a payment from greenlaw so i disputed with my bank but they said its past the contract date this money came from an inheritance a once in a life time opportunity that not everyone gets and i thought i was doing the right thing and now i cant afford to hire anyone else or pay the back taxes i just want my money back to pay them my self

    This company promised help with irs. Has taken tens of thousands from my bank account. Plus holds an additional ****** plus as offer to irs to settle. The year has long passed, they have not held up their end. They have not returned phone calls from the beginning. They do not return emails. I have revoked power of attorney given and ask for the offer to be returned, as well as a refund for services promised but not delivered. They should be shut down. They are either incompetent or a complete fraud.
