On June 5, 2024, a Sales Representative visited our home and sold us a pest control service, claiming there was a $20 promotion to sign up. He explained that the company would perform the service, and if we were satisfied, we could continue and cancel at any time. The Sales Representative scheduled a service appointment, requested a signature, and left. We were not shown the contract, nor was it explained that we were signing one.The service was provided on June 7, 2024. At no point were we informed about the pricing or that we were entering into a contract. The technician asked for a signature, stating it was to set up the promotional service. We were unaware of any contract or ongoing service. The contract mentions a three-day cancellation period after signing, but there is no date on the contract. We have been trying to resolve this issue with the company, but they are demanding $309 to cancel the contract, which was signed under false pretenses and is undated. We have tried to resolve this with the Office Manager, *****, who offered to waive $100 but refused to escalate the issue to her branch manager, stating "he doesn't talk to clients."We request that the company cancel our contract and waive any fees.

I believe we spoke on Yelp and resolved this already.  Your account has been closed with no early termination fees assessed.  If there is something we still haven't resolved please let me know.  Thank you.
