We do creepy is a very misleading company when it comes to pest control. They wanted to charge me $300 just to cancel my service when they already charged me 2 months in a row and it was supposed to be quarterly.WeDoCreepy.com

Good morning ******,You were set up on a quarterly service plan with a charge of $129 per quarter. We break this charge down to a monthly charge of $43. I spoke with our sales rep **** and he tried calling to clear this all up but wasn't able to make contact with you. At this point, we never want to keep a customer on board that doesn't want to continue with our service so I will go ahead and close out your account with no additional fees. 1 starCharged my account monthly without my consent after allowing them to only perform a one-time service of some kind of promotion they had going on in my neighborhood. 1 starIf no stars were an option, I would have chosen it. our initial service was handled well, however we were never fully spider free. Not even close. When I scheduled a retreatment ************** never showed up, although she said she couldn't get our gate. We we're home all day and never saw the truck, had anyone ring our doorbell, or call us. We texted for a technician to treat the following day and no one showed up. I spoke with two people at the company, who explained that if I canceled the contract before the year was over I would be charged an early cancellation fee. They had no response to my charging them for not holding to their end of the contract. I would rather put up with the spiders than use this company in the future.Review fromJimmie H

I want to start by saying, huge thanks to ******* the sales representative who took the time to show up at our doorstep. It was kind of coincidental that we had already been window shopping for a pest control service due to a large increase of insects and rodents at and around our home, and out of the blue Cam knocks on our door. Shout out *** for taking the time and your help getting us set up. Not going to lie, at first we were super skeptical on blindly signing up for service with a company with knew nothing about. However we were in desperate need of professional help and so we decided to give them a shot. That being said, we took a chance and Im very glad we did. Within a couple days we had our first inspection and appointment. Our service tech ***** came out and saved the day. His professionalism, attention to detail and knowledge was comforting. Very polite and mindful to my family and our pets. Came in to assess our home and got straight down to business. ***** didnt try to sugarcoat or up sale anything after the inspection. We discussed and showed him pictures and videos of recent activity and areas that needed immediate attention. He than told ** his game plan and executed it by setting up traps, bait stations for the rodents and throughly went around the house knocking down all the built up webs and wasp nest. He safely sprayed pesticides around our home and told ** when it would be safe to let our dogs out. Lastly he gave us pointers on not leaving out ************ and when in his experience was a good time to do so to help reduce the rodent activity. Overall it was a thorough and painless process and we are super pleased with his work and the progress weve made just in the last couple weeks. Yes this company definitely needs to be investigated. We should have done some research on sites like BBB and did some reference checks before going with this type of company. I gave them a benefit of doubt to try to resolve an issue with them last year and thought it was. Now after several months I found out it wasnt ever resolved and continue to get text and letters saying we owe funds. Fortunately Im working with ********************** government on a project that will help with dishonest companies like this. And now I have a great Case Study with the University and KPBS using ********** so hopefully this gives people hope.WeDoCreepy.com

Good morning *******,I had just received your message this morning from our *** in regards to your call yesterday. My message to our *** was to contact you to discuss the call from Dec 2022. I see a note on your account from 12/13/22 that says you called in because you did not want the service in October because you were out of town, but that we were not notified. It also appears we had an incorrect phone number on file for you. The unfortunate thing is that the *** never really said if you were disputing the charge or wanted to settle on a smaller amount. This is completely our fault for not following up and resolving this. I see you've been a long time customer with us since 2019 and looking back at notes, I don't see that there has ever been an issue with our service. I'd like to make this right with you and show you that we are a honest and great customer service company that also provides a pest control service. I will reverse the late charges and remove the balance from the account. Hopefully we can continue providing service to your residence. If you do not wish for us to continue, please let us know.
