      I pay HUGE HOA fees. Ive been asking for a very simple property fix that should take less than an hour. Bag of dirt, new rocks a little cleaner for the stucco. Since March 28, all I get is weve sent notices to the tenant. And just now encouraging me to join a board *** in July.

      Management refuses to give owners/residents gate/bldg access codes. They will only provide them to strangers/vendors for security reasons. I cant get anything delivered to my residence unless I am home. This is such an inconvenience and they dont understand how difficult it is and time consuming to stay home and wait for a delivery. My prescription medication was delayed until the next business day for me to pick up because they couldnt access my building. Its sad that as a homeowner Im not allowed to enter my own building if I step out of my unit to answer the building door. Even with the *** increase six months apart, I am not allowed to have the access codes. This place is not inviting at all. Youre supposed to want people to live at your community, not force them to leave. It seems like the bldg ***** doors constantly have to be repaired because residents dont have the access codes and resort to damaging the door. How secure is that?! Also, were supposed to have a leisure/game room in each building but they shut them down yet they increase the ***. The laundry/dryers break down with no repair for three months. The fences are in need of repair. The gate is always open. Which makes it easy for towing companies to enter the complex or transients to dig in the dumpsters or enter bldgs and a teal packages. The bldg doors also need to be painted. Management also never posts when the monthly meetings are to be taking place which is a violation of their CC&Rs.

      Management is INCOMPETENT. Sent info for mailing address for payment of HOA fee BUT NEVER SENT A NEW PAYMENT BOOKLET WHERE IS THE **** BOOK OF COUPONS FOR MONTHLY PAYMENT

      Hello *****, I am sorry for your frustration. We are just as frustrated. The ****************** is responsible for printing and providing the payment booklets. They have had an issue printing the correct scan strip on the booklets to coordinate with the customers account. As soon as they figure it out we will send out the booklets. There will be no late fees charged to any of our customers in the month of January. If you would like any additional information about submitting your payment with out the booklet, please call the office. Thank you
