    I ordered a record from Revolver. They never sent it to me. I emailed them several times. They sent the record 70+ days after I ordered it and emailed them repeatedly. They sent me the wrong record. I had to return the record. The record got lost in the mail. They won't send me the record that I paid for until the wrong record they mailed me makes it back to their warehouse. Their record is currently lost in the mail. I contacted the local ************ They don't know where the package is or when it will be delivered, if ever. Revolver will not send me my record THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR. They refuse to send it to me until the incorrect record they sent me that I didn't want that I had to send back them is delivered to their warehouse. But the *********** doesn't know where the return package that I sent them is.

    The company alleges to sell vinyl records and takes payment without sending the product. Order number is REV139489, total payment of $54.49 USD. This order was placed September 4th, 2022. I have emailed them three times regarding the shipment, with no movement. There are multiple other individuals that have had the same experience. This is unacceptable as a business. Also, they have no phone number to actually contact them, just the email which they rarely respond. I expect a full monetary refund from the company as soon as possible. I also expect that this fraudulent practice is put into media so they can no longer do it.
