I placed an order on November 24th. For $178. I was told my order shipping label with ***** was generated on 11/27. Upon tracking my order and ***** never receiving it I reached out. The first 2 emails they responded with a shipping date. The second response included an excuse as to why ***** messed up and didnt pick up their packages. My package still didnt get shipped out. I then reached out to them daily asking about the status of my order and when it was going to be shipped and received a few vague responses about looking into it. Then they just stopped replying at all. It has now been 2 weeks since I placed my order and have heard nothing from them about any type of resolution. I disputed the transaction with my CC but it is ridiculous that they are getting away with doing this to people and their customer service is horrible. I literally emailed them every single day for a week. I will never order from them again and will blast it all over ******** how horrible of a company they are. My package was suppose to be delivered a week ago and I still haven’t received it. It was lost or delivered to the wrong place. I don’t have proof of anything because it never got delivered at all. I have no clue what really happened. Nobody will help and FedEx told me to contact Twisted Allure and request a replacement or refund. They keep ignoring me and taking forever to answer me back. Fedex told me an investigation would be a waste of time because it’s gone and I would not be receiving it. I know it’s FedExs fault but I really just want a replacement. This is really upsetting me because I’ve been trying to get help for a week now and they don’t act they care about customers.Initial Complaint

I pitched a list of products from this seller 11/4/2024. When i received this package the most expensive item was missing and i sent proof of the package details and they didnt answer for a week after emailing them 3 times then told me they were sold out. Didnt return my funds when they knew they were not sending it to me and didnt let me know till a week later after 3 email complaints and sending this complaint to my bank for the fraudulent service. Its been almost 2 weeks and after 3 times telling them I want my money back they email me back stating theyre out do I want a refund. They seem to speak English and understand it clearly so the back and forth of asking for a refund and then replying if I want a refund seems to be a childs game because theyve obviously shown unprofessionalism and seem to be playing a game and dont want other customers to go through this as they really need to fix their service.Initial Complaint

I ordered $179 of products from Twisted Allure on January 30th. I still have not only not received them, but the company rarely answers emails. Their website says my order was fulfilled on February 7th, but they haven't even shipped it yet. They created a shipping label and that's it. The tracking number shows that the post office hasn't received it. Instead of making good on my order and shipping another one out, they are holding steadfast to blaming the post office and telling me their fulfillment department will get back to me. Purchased an 80 dollar order over a week ago (11 days). The order was supposed to arrive yesterday but it wasn't. I have checked online and the order has not even been fulfilled yet. The biggest problem is that I have sent out various different messages and emails trying to get in contact with them to get any information at all about my order and have not received any response from them.I checked their social media and according to the comments I am not alone, they are ignoring their customers and not giving out any information on orders. At this point I would like to request a cancellation of the subscription and a refund for the purchase, but I am unsure how I am even going to accomplish that since they won't respond to anyone and keep taking their money.Initial Complaint

I placed one order and received it, no problem. Placed a 2nd order (and larger) the same day I received the 1st order since I loved the product so much. *** either lost the package or delivered to the wrong address. I filed a claim with them. They investigated it and called it a loss and told me to reach out the merchant, TwistedAllure, for next steps. It has been 2 weeks since I have reached out for next steps. They were busy with a summer product launch so they blew me off. I reached out again after the launch hoping to get assistance and it's been crickets. I reached out multiple times via email and also over social media. It looks like this business owner claps back at comments on here so let me full assure you that I am not filing this compliant in haste. I have given them plenty of time to do the right thing by resending my package or refunding me but it seems like they don't make customer service a priority. Which is a huge bummer because these are great products! Bad customer service!! No problem resolution whatsoever!! Lame.Initial Complaint

I paid 400 dollars and was told my package would arrive within 5 days.... 10 days later I still hadnt got my package then after paying 80 dollars for delivery was expected to pay ******************************************************************************************************************************************* that twisted hadnt been in contact with them I asked for a discount and they didnt even offer any super unprofessional company
