    They have incomplete and inconsistent ingredients lists. I emailed them asking what the colorants they use are in the lotions, scrubs, and soaps,because I have an allergy to *******. The ingredients lists just say 'colorants.' I emailed and asked them I actually did get a response the said 'im not sure I will have to ask a vendor. but you can get the body butters because they don't contain dyes.' So I did I purchased a few body butters and sprays. I did enjoy the scents and the performance of the products but I just don't like that there is no transparency in the ingredients lists.

    My first time looking at their stuff I put something in my cart for my daughter but had an issue with my card, I made an account to come back and purchase it when my card was fixed. I have received 3 emails rude from them asking what my problem was why I didn't complete my order I didn't respond they emailed again saying what my problem was why I ghosted her followed by another email pushing me to make my purchase or is my problem there products are to expensive for me, after that I emailed back saying I'm not ordering because of her rude attitude but I didn't say it that nice. Extremely rude ignorant and very unprofessional. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

    Terrible customer service. It seems that this is a very small business that takes on far too many orders than they can handle. I placed an order for items to hopefully arrive by a couple weeks after valentines day. I received a notification that the shipping label had been created within a week or two, but never was then delivered to ***** I gave the company about a month after ordering to respond and or update shipping. No response was given and nothing changed on the shipping side. I noticed other customers posting online with similar issues. It has now been a month and a half and there is no sign anything will progress. I very recently had to dispute the charges with my credit card company to get a refund. Unfortunately this type of service seems to be the case with many of the advertised businesses on ******** ads. Seems to be very good products and customer base, but the company simply has little to no customer support. Don't be surprised if you place an order and you never hear from them again. Complete waste of time and money.

    Terrible company that also treats its employees poorly. Your mental health will be laughed at. they also allegedly underpay staff as well. I wouldnt willingly touch anything the owner **** puts her hands on.

    My son ordered a bodywash for me 4 weeks b4 Christmas. Christmas came it wasn't her. My birthday came January 11th still not here ordered in NOVEMBER and it's now the end of January and still no body wash. My 13yo child is extremely upset. Meanwhile owner says she's a mom; she's been busy, can't take the kids out in the cold. 2 months no package? Not the way business is ran.

    ******** experience I ordered a box for my wife who had been begging to try them the delivery date came and went I have emailed them multiple times just trying to get a tracking number and nothing from them my wife decided after this first box she will no longer buy from them
