1 starAbsolutely the worst experience that we have had with a company. They double charged us for the whole restoration and then threatened us when the issue was with the insurance company. They are crooks and are trying to bilk insurance companies and the consumer. And the work that they did was horrible. We needed another company to come and fix their laziness. 5 starsI got in touch with Quick-Dry Flood Services after our basement was flooded and ruined. They came right away and got to work drying the space and removing the water. We were spared more harm by their knowledge. Excellent outcomes and first-rate customer **********************. 1 starHorrid, crooked company that extorts money from people in dire need. They say up front that insurance normally doesnt take their claims and now I know why!They charged us $3,000 for less than an hours worth of work to set up 3 fans. Our insurance company found a company to do a FULL restoration for $600. To add insult to injury, the goons place a $3000 mechanics lien on our property. This company EXTORTS money from people and should be shut down or at least investigated! QUICK DRY IS A CROOKED COMPANY THAT EXTORTS MONEY FROM PEOPLE IN NEED!!!Review fromKarina C

5 starsThe service provided by Quick-Dry Flood services was efficient and resolved the problem in a professional and ethical manner. There were some setbacks on behalf of the insurance company, but everything was resolved thanks to ******. She helped me reach a payment agreement, in which I was able to have peace of mind and everything was resolved. I am really blown away with the honesty, professionalism, and care for the customer from everyone I interacted with at this company. They actually have pride of work and stand behind what they promise. From the drivers, to the receptionist, to ***** the owner, they were responsible, got back to me promptly, and dealt with my situation in a way that I wanted to give them each a hug to be honest. I wish we had more small businesses like this!Their good service stands in sharp contrast to other companies I deal with, where the employees just do the bare minimum, because they probably don't feel appreciated by the owners, who are all about profit ( f the customer, f the employees, thus the "quiet quitting" movement). You can see I am very passionate about good customer **********************.
