    I had cookware that was under warranty and is chipping already. On 1/11 I submitted a warranty claim on their website. My reference number is ******. I received an email saying I would get a reply in 3-5 business days. On 2/2 I followed up to this email inquiring why I did not hear from anyone. I heard nothing. On 3/8 I submitted a question to analon support (******************* cookware parent company). I have not heard anything. All attempts to reach by phone send me to the two email addresses I sent my warranty claims to.

    1)I ordered a non-stick fry pan for my wife approximately 12/9/2023, Order No. SH89840-ANO (attachment #1) with ANOLON for $85.59 on a non-interest payment plan with AFFIRM , and AFFIRM processed the order on December 11. During a discussion with my wife, she told me she preferred inexpensive fry pans and replace them in a few years. I contacted ANOLON , and asked them to cancel my order. ANOLON opened a Ticket on my cancellation request on 12/15/2023 (ticket No. ******, attachment #2) and replied their response time was within 2 days.2)ANOLON did not respond and shipped the pan. I received the pan on 12/20/2023. I notified ANOLON I had received the pan and wanted to return the pan. ANOLON opened another ticket on my return request on 01/04/2024 (ticket No. ****** attached).3)ANOLON never has responded to my many attempts or these 2 ticket to resolve my return within the ****************************** their return policy for unused fry pans. I then contacted AFFIRM them about my issues with ANOLON and requested their help. I received several canned letters indicating they would investigate, but never received any notification. I am attaching an email that I sent to AFFIRM on 12/30/2023 (attechment #4).4)After continuing NOT to receive any response from ANOLON and AFFIRM, ANOLON closed my account so I cannot access the tickets and AFFIRM closed my case regarding this issue. Neither company has ever responded. 5) To date I have made 2 payments through AFFIRM and owe 2 more payments.6) ANOLON does not deserve to remain in business because of the way they treat their customers by not honoring their return policy. Nor has AFFIRM honored their claim to assist with issues concerning purchases.7) I want to return the fry pan unused in their original packaging per their RETURN POLICY after I receive a refund for all my payments made to date and a cancellation of any remaining payments.

    I ordered an 8-inch frying pan on anolon.com on February 16, 2024, and received it on February 20.The coating was scratched so I took a photo, put the pan back into the package, and emailed *********************************** The response was supposed to take "1 to 2 business days, sometimes hours".3 days later I emailed them again. I also called both their phone numbers: Consumer ******************** at ************ and ************ "support number".Both lines hang up on you without providing any support. "Sorry, we are unable to complete your call. Goodbye!"I called both lines several times only to get disconnected each time.I submitted a ticket on Feb.26 and got an auto-generated confirmation, with ticket #******.There is no way to check the ticket's progress. You are supposed to log in but the site doesn't recognize the login, and doesn't send any emails when you click on "reset password".One screenshot shows the Anolon support page with 2 broken links for an email and a chat, and the number ************ where they send you to use the website and then disconnect.There is also a separate website www.potsandpans.com which took days to find out, with the same phone number, ************, that I got from anolon.com. When you choose to speak with an agent, it keeps you on hold, says goodbye, and disconnects, every time.I emailed *********************** on Feb.28.To sum it up, this company that sells cookware with a "lifetime warranty" has no support whatsoever. It mocks the customers by giving them a run around with non-functioning tickets, emails, and phone numbers. Nobody ever replies.I want a pre-paid return shipping label and a refund.

    I purchased one of their pans that was still under warranty, it was losing it's protective coating despite the fact that I had followed all of the rules. I emailed them and received no response. Then with no notice I received a new pan in the mail from them. I thought it was a replacement, but it was a much cheaper less quality pan than I had originally purchased. I contacted them and it took many weeks for a response. They told me they did not have that same pan available. I checked their website and the sent me the cheapest possible replacement, and not one comparable to the one I purchased, which they did have one more close to what I had originally purchased on their website. I have tried again for multiple weeks to try and get a response and even told them I would be filing a complaint with the BBB if I continued to get no response. Well here we are! December 6th was when I sent in pictures to Anolon and started my complaint. Herer we are over two months later and I still have the unused replacement siting here waiting for them to respond and send the the proper replacement!

    I placed an order on Jan 8th and never received the order - Order #SH95011-ANO ! I have tried to contact them by placing 2 tickets - 3 emails - a phone call - even sent a letter to the company - NO REPLY to anything ! You cannot get a hold of a person to talk to and their **************** is NO SERVICE ! Just want the order cancelled and my money refunded to me !

    Ive contacted Anolon Cookware in regard to the lifetime warranty they provided with their product. *** contacted them in October of 2023 and they initially denied my claim with no explanation as to why. I then contacted them to ask for an explanation in November and they mentioned reasons in which it may have been denied. I later provided the info the asked and have yet to hear back from them. The pan that I have from them began to be stripped of its non stick coating even after following their recommended cleaning instructions. Ive never placed this item In a dishwasher and Ives only cleaned it with mild dish soap and no abrasive cleaning tools such as Brillo pads and such. I am demanding that they stop ignoring my constant emails to them and they provide me with the replacement of the item or a new set completely.

    I placed an order with Analon on 01/05/2024 for two skillets. I changed my mind and wanted to cancel the order on 01/08/2024 and followed the instructions on their website. The order had not processed so I submitted a ticket on 01/08/2024 per the instructions on the website. I received an automated email receipt for the ticket and nothing else. Of note I called their **************** number and was not allowed to speak to an actual person and was just referred back to their website. The website is set up so it is not easy to find information and links just send you back to where you started from. It clearly is designed just to sell and not to offer any customer service.****** still sent me the pans.I received an email stating that the pans were shipped on 01/12/2024. I sent another ticket to state I would be retuning the package unopened. Still no response from their customer support team . I received the pans on 01/19/2024. On 01/20/2024 I returned the items unopened on in spite of it costing me over $100 to do so. I just wanted to be rid of this scam company. It is now 01/31/2024 and I still have heard nothing back from this company other than to get many solicitation emails to buy more of products. I want my money refunded and this company should get some sort of predatory rating for their business practices.Thank you.

    I purchased a set of pots and pans as a gift for my daughter, but immediately attempted to cancel my order in order to purchase a higher priced set. Ticket #****** was opened and instructions on the return process were followed. I spent about $80 shipping the original set back to Anolon and have a signed receipt as proof they were received by anolon. The purchase price of $297.36 was not credited back to me nor is there any way to speak with a human being about this issue. Nobody ever responded to my open ticket. This purchase was made on June 25, 2023 and has not been resolved. Please help me.

They acknowleged and said they would contact me. Subsequent follow up email requests from me have resulted in not being contacted by Anolon as they mentioned in the above note. I have also left voice mails which has resulted in no contact as well.

    I have filed several warranty claims over the past few weeks for a previous purchase made with Anolon (order SH2817) which is covered by their lifetime guarantee. I have received no responses from the company and am unable to reach anyone by phone as the messaging system directs callers back to the website. Nobody is responding to my tcikets, emails, or phone calls... nobody is available to help. I want my products repaired/replaced as the teflon coating is coming off the pots and pans even after normal use.
