    I ordered the product on November 26th, 2023. I received confirmation the order was received and given a tracking number for *** 1ZX8R1710328525823. I was charged for the product. I still have not received my order. The order number is SH85132-ANO. I have tried calling but you get a loop and no one to answer the actual call. I have submitted multiple help tickets with an auto reply that says they will contact me in 1-2 days. They have not and its been weeks. I have emailed their support team and again no response. I have since done research and see I am not the only one this is happening to.

    I ordered a pan from Anolon. It was received damaged. I reached out on ***** via their customer service email because they dont have a phone number. After giving a 7 day grace ******* I have emailed daily without response. I was looking for a replacement of my product since it was damaged but at this point due to their lack of response I'd like a refund. Still no response.

    I purchased a set of Anolon cookware, pots and pans and they guarantee them for life. This is on their website: "Guaranteed For Life We get it, cookware is an investment. That's why we back our pans for life. Any issues? Our support team is ready to assist."The pans, when hand washing them, peeled off a gray matter. to the point my sink was soaking in gray liquid.I reached out to them 3 or more times, and each time they requested photos, which I complied. After several attempts to get a status update, nothing. Then I receive a message that they are not covered, something to the effect, it was my fault.I don't believe that they wanted to honor the warranty to replace the set of pots and pans.This is the ticket number they provided: reference is: #******.

    I made a warranty claim in August. After some length of time my product was replaced. However, it was replaced with the wrong product. I have tried repeatedly to contact the company. When given the option to speak to support representative, I press the right button but it says invalid option. *** sent emails and called repeatedly and no one answers. There is literally no way to reach this company. I even re-filed the claim and they closed it out.

    My son Ordered a set of pans from Anolon approx 6 months ago, I don't know the exact date but I'm sure I can get it. I read up on these pans and it says they are made with or coated with some type of chemical that causes cancer. I decided I didn't want to keep them and had my son email the company to request a return. He did not get a response from them. I had him email again and again no response. this was over the course of a few months. I proceeded to email after his failed attempts, I did finally receive a response after some more time, to which they told me I waited too long to request a return. We didn't wait to long, we tried right away but they didn't respond. These pans are still in the original box, never opened or used. I just want a return label from them to send them back and get a refund, I don't want to make my family sick using them. My son paid quit a bit for these and they are just sitting here.his name is ************************************* email is ********************

    I own multiple Anolon cookware, all of which are damaged due to poor manufacturing and faulty construction. All of these cookware are covered under lifetime warranty. I recently filed warranty claims for each of the cookware. My claims were denied. All cookware were used and cleaned per manufactures' instructions. The cookware are damaged due to Anolon's fraudulent promises, poor manufacturing and faulty construction. Anolon customer service never answers any of the phone calls either.     Ordered Anolon non stick Neuvelle Luxe Sable pan set from their website. I had read that Anolon used to ship these pans with a cardboard cylinder spacer that was sharp and scratched the face of the larger pan during shipping. I received a large white plastic envelope on the front porch with something large and hard inside. When I opened it I found that it was the Anolon pan set and the right side of the pans were flattened by someone who threw this package onto a hard surface. The pans are cheap and soft and would never survive shipping today in this soft white extra large plastic envelope. The pans were also stacked together and separated by that hard cardboard tube cylinder spacer and held together with outer cardboard wrapping. When I saw the dents in the pans I didn't attempt to open the wrapping holding the two pans together but the face of the larger pan is certainly damaged by this sharp and rigid cardboard spacer ring. I called their customer support number and they have closed their customer service department and you have to submit a ticket to resolve any issues via a form on their website. Someone took over Anolon; outsourced production; closed customer service, firing ******** workers; hired incompetent shipping management shipping soft cheap pans in thin envelopes; and outsourced email customer service to outside ******* in ****** or South ******* with names like ***************************. I asked her several times via email why my pans were shipped in thin envelopes. She ignored me. This is the definition of a company that has been gutted by greedy incompetent people; fired *** employees; and are so ignorant they can't even get the cheap outsourced product to customers without damaging them. Certainly, every shipment is damaged in this way. Don't buy anything from Anolon. I would stay away from any company owned by the parent company of the ***** Corporation of *********************.

    I filed a warranty claim for defects in a ***************************************************** the language of the company The Anolon Lifetime warranty guarantees our product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for the lifetime of the cookware. The company declined to fulfill the replacement request and did not provide a reason why the claim did not qualify.

    I have contacted Anolon three times requesting warranty replacement of a defective pan. Anolon responded to the first two requests, both made through their online claim process. Both of those times, Anolon declined the claim with boilerplate wording that did not pertain to the defect shown in the photos I sent. I submitted the attached letter and related documentation to the company in April and have not heard back from them as of this date.
