  Items were delayed, and some broken. Some boxes looked like they went through a war. 3 months after filing my claim (got full insurance thankfully) I am still waiting to get the claim processed. READ THAT CONTRACT very carefully and know everything is written to favor them. The included insurance is useless and if you want to buy full insurance they assign the value based on weight and charge a premium based on that, not the actually value of the items. My items were valued at most 10k, but i was forced to buy 18k worth of coverage cause of the weight. When it comes time for a claim, they point you to the insurance company and you will never hear from them again...cause lets be honest they don't care anymore. What was also surprising, after delays in getting my items delivered, communication is poor, and on top of that when the truck finally arrived, the "movers" were two individuals the driver found on ********** to help unload and move into the apartment. I had to keep track of damages as boxes were being unloaded, keep track if any are missing, etc.... driver and movers just unloaded and took off. I thought i hired brooklyn moving company not some folks from ********** to unload. Unfortunately brooklyn was assigned to me via a broker so didn't have a chance to look into them prior, but if you are reading this and didn't sign any contracts, look elsewhere, not worth the headache.

  I wanna thanks ***** from Brooklyn Moving *** for doing our move so easy. him and the crow they was very good and professional they help us move our big furniture cross the country, the sales person was very helpful he explained everything to us and he actually did a video call to see what we moving,if I moved again I will definitely used them again.

  Where can I start?! Brooklyn Moving is a wonderful company! They wrapped up all my belongings with so much care, and got everything packed up neatly. I didnt have to do anything at all. They had it all covered from start to finish! The ******* was great and very understanding. They helped me out in every way that they can when it came to saving money. I would definitely recommend this company!

  I contacted a moving brokerage called ****************** for my cross-country move and they matched me with Brooklyn Moving **** They picked up my furniture (about 1.5 BRs apartment worth of stuff) in ********** in May 2022, was able to store my stuff for about half a year and then delivered to my final location across the country in ******** once my location was determined. Overall great move. Compared to other reviews, they did not lose a thing and delivered on the faster side.Pros:1. Flexible in terms of pickup, drop-off, timeline.2. Customer Support phone line always had a friendly associate that was able to answer most questions reliably and clearly. 3. Movers themselves were friendly both for pickup and delivery.4. Nothing lost or broken on my end, but I'm aware other reviews have complained about this.Cons:1. A bit low on communication when it came to emailing .2. Additional Costs can stack up here and there but not sure how that stacks up compared to other cross country movers. For example, because I live in Manhattan, they had to transfer my furniture from their cross country truck into a smaller U-Haul (shuttle service) for the last mile delivery which added on a few hundred dollars.3. **** business day delivery can be a bit wide for some folks but they were on the quicker side for my delivery.

  I am in the Navy 39 years and have moved a dozen times. This is the worst move I have eve experienced. Majority of the major item where damaged. They made a partial delivery due to loosing my items. Over 20 boxes unaccounted for. Reluctant to try and help. Had to locate my dryer and other items on my own. PLEASE, do not use this company and pass the word. They hire a third party to deliver your items and washed their hands after they are paid. Having to take them to small claims court. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

  They steal light weight items and offer $.60 per item. This company *****, dont use them. Im willing to pay more than the items are worth just for the principle of it all. They dont work with you, make money on expensive items and in my opinion resell the items. This company *****

  This has got to be the worst moving experience I have had, and I have moved 15 times in the past. They said it would take around 5 days to deliver our furniture yet it has been a month and no delivery yet. The company never calls you to get an update- you have to consistently call them and then they can't seem to give you any information. There was confusion about payment as True Blue Logistics tells you one thing and Brooklyn Moving which is the trucking crew that actually picks up the furniture tells you something else. I had to go running to my bank for a bank check last minute, and it should have been a Zelle payment. I understand poor weather and storms but it is ridiculous that we still don't have the delivery yet. I am so disappointed and would not refer True Blue Logistics or their subcontractor Brooklyn Moving *** to anyone. Be careful which company you select and certainly do not select either of these companies.

  Me and my wife we moved local they scheduled a time for me us and they pick me up at the same time and delivery it was the same time they promised me the pick up guys they were professional and fast and the customer service they were very helpful and the sales team explain to us everything

  We used this company as it was assigned to us *** a moving broker company we used (national express also complete scammers). It was probably the worst and most stressful experience. It took them 30 days post agreed day to deliver and they lost some items. The ones they delivered half of them were damaged and had cockroaches in them No one answered our calls and one time i got ahold of a customer seevice rep she yelled at me saying the she will not speak to me while i have a screaming baby next to me (my 6 month old at the time was crying a bitbut that person literally telling me "well i cant talk to you if you have a screaming baby, figure it out and call back" and hung up on me really shows the whole experience Unacceptable Unbelievable I am not going tonsay unprofessional as i doubt any of these people i spoke with are actual real employees so there is no profession to call out, simply a team that commits fraud

  Worst company ever. They treated myself like c*** I lost my ******* doors, and missing 10 boxes. There is so much damage I have not be able to add up the cost yet. Never do business with this company.
