    On April 16, 2025, I bought tropical fruit from **************. They offered ripe, juicy tropical fruits delivered to my door. The picture on their website (see attached) , showed a cardboard box literally bursting with tropical fruit: mangos, honey mangos, *********** dragon fruit, cherimoyas, persimmons, pomegranates, mangosteens, blood oranges, star fruit, lychees, etc. They offered a refund if the order was not satisfactory. I bought the 5 lb box called The Exotic Explorer and eagerly anticipated my order. When it arrived, I thought there had been a mistake. Instead of the box bursting with succulent tropical fruit, I received (see attached packing slip) 1 avocado, 1 cacao pod (I paid extra for that by buying more fruit-like the 6 ***** ****** and jar of honey), 1 dragon fruit, 1 longan, 1 blood orange, 1 cherry mango and 1 honey mango. The company told me that the lack of fruit was due to the spring season. I suggested they post a realistic picture of what a spring season box will look like when it is received. They offered a slight discount on my next order. I am nor about to be made a fool twice. What I want is Good Hill Farms to make good on their guarantee of my money back-******- for the exotic explorer box. I will pay for the ***** ****** and honey.

    Great hill farms sold me a basket of supposedly exotic fruits that came with 2 gifts, what was received were a few lemons and fruits that were NOT EVEN EDIBLE, this was a mother's day gift. They have also signed me up in a subscription. THIS COMPANY IS THE BIGGEST FRAUD IN THE *************. I AM DEMANDING MY MONEY BACK FROM THEM AND TO CANCEL ANY SUBSCRIPTION. THIS COMPANY IS NOT LEGITIMATE AND IS COMMITTING THE MOST OBVIOUS FORM OF FRAUD !

I have been waiting for the atemoya and cherimoya for months now, and I have email the company a number of times but just getting the round about. Was told atemoyas are not in season I will get them in ***** but the cherimoyas are available , I get them at ****** much cheaper!, and good hill farms send me emails that the cherimoyas are available, but they never send them To me!

    I have encountered an issue with a recent fruit order that was made based on false advertisement. Upon receiving the delivery, I was disappointed to find that the fruit was in poor condition, with signs of rot and bruising. The advertisement had showcased several mangos in a "mango surprise" package valued at $25, yet only one small and bruised mango was delivered. In light of this discrepancy, I promptly requested a refund from the company. However, the resolution process has been marred by delays in response and a lack of action on their part. Despite numerous email exchanges and apologies, the company has failed to issue a refund as requested.The product I received was wholly inconsistent with what was advertised. This has led to a significant loss of trust in the company's credibility. I have observed on their social media platforms, images depicting abundant and pristine produce, which starkly contrasts with the reality of the substandard fruit I received. Notably, the undamaged fruits also exhibited unusual white spots, which upon investigation I discovered to be fungus.Given these circumstances and the company's lack of transparency regarding the product quality, I am seeking assistance in addressing this matter effectively. Thank you for your attention to this issue.I paid about $166.00 for this and would like a full refund. As i mentioned, I have an email where they admitted they have not even sent the whole order and apologized for their clearly subpar uneditable fruit that they did send. Any assistance you can provide is appreciated.

    Paid for my order May 20. $139 No communication from company until 3 weeks ago. They do not answer their phones ever. They keep saying the order is shipping this week - and then nothing. This last week they are now not even answering my emails.I feel the company is scamming people out of money Order # #*****paid for by me, shipping to ***************************** ************************************ They need resolve this

    I am incredibly disappointed in my experience with this company. I received my first initial order and it had a lot of quality items that were fresh, so I ordered a shipment for my office and staff as well. That shipment only partially shipped, and the passion fruit and dragon fruit were damaged in the shipment. I reached out with photos immediately and after several days, received a response that a new shipment would be sent out but only for the passion fruit. Well its been almost a month and Ive not received any passion fruit, dragon fruit, or the lychee and rambutans from that order. I called the company; no one answers or calls back. They unprofessionally text you (without advising what company it is) to tell you to check your email. The company corresponds via email at most once per week, which leaves the consumer hanging and frustrated without resolution. Ive emailed and texted about my horrendous experience and wouldnt you know it- its been almost a week and no one has gotten back to me. These business practices are predatory and this company is poorly run, has awful communication, and subpar customer service. I am still missing fruit while having paid for it.
