I only have one star, because I had to. These scammers don't deserve any. I ordered a custom box, and what I got was absolute garbage. I got one medium Cherimoya that was still partly green but bruised and smashed. The other one was tiny, dark brown, and mush. My cherries were almost black, rotten, and leaking everywhere. My mangosteen were tiny, rock hard, and mushy inside. I payed an exorbitant amount of money for these, for my son's 17th birthday, and got trash. Oh, and my box was shipped from ********, not *** *****. I have sent them several e-mails and no response. I'm a single and physically disabled mother on ***. I do not have money to throw away on pure garbage.

This company falsely advertises - I bought $160 (discounted after two coupon codes) worth of lychee and mandarins that were supposed to be recently (or same day) picked and shipped overnight. The lychees arrived with the majority of bags with several lychees with significant mold on them (looking at other content more closely, they're likely less but still present mold on many more lychees than at first appearance). Lychees from the grocery store don't even have mold on them (despite their having a presumably longer shelf presence)! The mandarins were small, dried/shriveled, worse than those you can get at our local grocery store and to be advertised as better and more fresh than what we can get at the grocery store! Their customer service is very slow and after my experience and doing more research/ reading other people's review, I'm afraid that this company may not honor their refund policy. We will see. I did submit a dispute with my credit card company and provided evidence for the poor quality of the delivered fruits. I would not order from this company again.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. $118 (this was discounted from a coupon code) for 12 very poor quality fruits with the max size being the size of a tomato and others barely bigger than a shallot. They cheat on the weight and quality. They do not pack the fruits properly and are easily damaged in the mostly empty box that the fruits come in. Their website allows you to order fruits that are not actually available or are not in season without notifying the customer prior to charging money. Normal companies charge when products are actually shipped, not a month prior to shipping then when goods are to be shipped, they reach out to let me know that certain fruits are not available.1. The avocado was only a little bigger than a shallot and extremely hard.2. The cherimoyas were black or look like leftover fruits barely the size of a tomato.3. The guava looked old and not even the size of a tomato.4. The orange is mushy and dried out.5. The dragon fruit is mushy but at least its a decent size.6. Barely any longan and so small. Some are mushy/rotten, while others are small and very hard (not ripe).Sent email and no response. If I could post pictures, I would.

************** has a 100% they are not honoring. I got 7 unripe, hard mangoes for $119. I have been emailing with them and sending photos of the mangos the turned yellow, shriveled up and rotten. They never got soft. I peeled one last night and it was so hard and sour it was inedible. I sent more photos. Today I was emailed that my ticket was being closed and Id get a partial refund of $59. I told them this does not guarantee a 100% anything. They dont stand behind their products and Ive been ripped off. I wrote back and said Id contact you and I wanted a full refund of $119. They have not responded HB

I received the shipment supposedly including Satsuma mandarins. The price was outrageous, but I was persuaded to buy them because they are rarely available locally. I am extremely disappointed with the Satsumas I received and will go as far as to say they falsely advertised California mandarins as "Satsumas." I am very familiar with these fruits' characteristics and taste as I grew up eating them in ****. (In fact, I ordered and received some this season from a Florida grower, and they were every bit as expected.) I contacted customer service, and the response basically said "sorry they're not as you expected." "Satsuma" mandarins have several distinct characteristics. They taste like and have the mouth feel of canned mandarins available at most supermarkets (but without the syrupy sweetness). The taste of the ones I received is sour and does not have the distinct fragrance of a Satsuma. The peel is thick and does not easily peel off the fruit nor is the skin loose from the fruit. Usually the segments of a true Satsuma separate without effort, and actually, I always have a diffifcult time keeping the segments from separating while peeling the fruit. The pith of the mandarins I received is "orange" and thick unlike Satsumas which are white and literally "fall off" the ******** best, Good Hill Farms falsely advertised their produce, at worst, they are amateur growers. Caveat emptor!

I would say fruits are over priced I paid $69 for 2 mangos that looked like regular mangos. and the customer service is minimal if you post a complaint on their ******** page they block you and not resolve the problem. The order did come on time but I didnt receive my full order and when asked about it I was blocked. Order at your own risk
