    Please do NOT buy anything from this company!! It is fraudulent!! I ordered two pairs of Bradford Boots, but the boots I received look nothing like what was shown on their website or in the ads that continue to pop up everywhere. Their website claims they stand by the quality of their products, and the description of the Boston Bradford boots seemed promising. I carefully read this description before placing my order, but the boots I received are completely different—there’s no comparison. The stitching, leather, soles, and overall craftsmanship are all subpar.
    In fact, I have flip-flops and house slippers that weigh more than these boots! I reached out to the company, and their response was to offer me a refund of only 20% of what I paid, with the suggestion that I gift the boots to someone. These so-called "boots" wouldn’t keep anyone’s feet warm, and no one I know would even wear them. I can’t bring myself to donate them because they’ll fall apart after one use. Even the so called "leather" laces would snap immediately!
    I refused their 20% refund ($14.99) and requested a full refund. They told me that I would have to pay to ship the boots back to China, despite the fact that their website never mentioned they were shipping from there. When I asked about this, they claimed their shipping warehouse and returns department had just relocated to China.
    I also questioned their claim of standing by the quality of their products and asked why they’re not making an effort to resolve this issue. I even sent them pictures of the boots from their website, along with the detailed product description, and photos of what I actually received. You can clearly see that they look nothing alike!! Even after all of this, they still refuse to stand by their product and issue me a full refund. I did not get what I ordered & they will do nothing about it. This company does not even deserve a 1 star rating, I had to add 1 star to leave my review.

    Stole my money. I purchased 2 pairs or boots. After 2 months, I received one of the pairs and it looked nothing like the picture, super cheap quality. I still haven't received the second pair. They have no phone number and take multiple days to respond to an email. I haven't been able to get a refund and am doubtful I ever will (or even receive the second pair. DO NOT SHOP HERE. It is also has a ********** address but everything ships from *****. This is not a ** company.

    Never received an order that was placed over 2 months ago. There is no way to speak to someone from customer service you only receive automated email responses. One response said that it was delivered and I would have to speak to the company that delivered it and they may give me a 50% credit if the company agrees to it. They wont tell me who the company is theyre saying it was delivered February 9. It was not . I dont think this is an actual business. Do not purchase anything from this company.
