    I purchased a pair of boots for $54.00 on December 27, 2025. After waiting for a month, I finally received a tracking number but that tracking number does not work with any carriers. I work for the postal service and was monitoring the tracking number through our system, too. I have contacted the company over 20 times thru calls and emails. They responded with one of the following: your package is on the way, your package was delivered to a container, we are sorry you are having this problem and we will look into your tracking number. Ive been given an utterly bogus tracking number and they refuse to refund my money or discuss a replacement or refund. I truly believe that this business is a scam as I ordered the items on 12/27 and it is now 03/05.

    Ordered Hello Kitty slippers for a friend's birthday gift and it didn't arrive when they said it would arrive. I've reached out to customer service numerous times and they copy and paste the same script. I finally ended up filing a fraudulent claim with my bank to get my money back. NEVER SHOP HERE! They are 100% a scam!

    I ordered a pair of slippers as a Christmas present and never received them. They were falsely advertised as ***** Hey Dude slippers as well. Come to find out they are fakes. I have emailed customer service to see when they would ship, but was told I could reach out to cancel my order. After the initial emails, I still had not received any shipping info. I proceeded to attempt to cancel the order and they may not be able to, stating it was being processed. The order had been processing since I ordered it on December 8th. I was only offered 20% off an order. I do not want it. I was scammed out of $59 and want my money back.

    In January I ordered a pair of mini boots for my wife's birthday. It took 3 months to get the boots, but the finally showed up. The Challenge was the boots were too small. The company wrote me and said that they would send a new pair of boots in the correct size but now that has been 3 months and I have not heard anything from them. It is impossible to call them because they don't have a phone number and they do not always reply to their emails. What I would like is just a pair of the boots in the correct size for my wife. As to this point they took my money and I have absolutely nothing to show.

    I made an online purchase (order #*****) on January 25, 2024 for one pair of boston mini boots and one pair of tasman slippers. No indication of back order and an estimated delivery date of Feb 6th-Feb 9th. The order was $88.93 and charged to my credit card. I waited for it to arrive. When it didn't arrive in a few weeks, I emailed (listed on the website) the company. I received a response that they were working on it. By February 18th and still no boots, I wrote a letter asking for an update or a refund. No response. No phone number was on the website, so I called the number listed on my credit card statement. It was a canned recording. I wrote two more letters, no response.

    Ordered three items on 12/13/2023. Paid additional $19.95 for expedited shipping. Did not ship until 12/20/2023. Contacted company several time, get same nonsense reply each time with no action. Tracking number provided states it has been in transit for 70 days. Now 2/27/2024, don't expect either the items, or any response form them.

    I placed a boot order on 12/29/23 and was advised on 1/02/24 that the boots were shipped. As of 1/24/2024 I still had not received the boots and the tracking was vague so I reached out to the Company asking where the boots were as they appaired to be a CA company and at no point was I advised the boots would actually be coming from *****. I finally got the boots on 2/06 and opened them to find both pairs completely smashed (they were both shipped in a flimsy plastic bag- no box). I ordered a size 6 and a size 7.5. The size 7.5 fit smaller then the size 6 did? Both pairs were tattered and the stitching was sloppy and falling apart. I immediately messaged the Company for a resolution as they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and to date I have asked for a shipping label as their website promises and to date all I am getting is they will refund me 20%. The one pair is COMPLETELY not the size it states and is tattered and the other pair is tattered as well but at least fits like a size 6. I have asked numerous times for them to honor their satisfaction guarantee promise only to have been given the run around for a month. I asked for someone to call me and no reply. This is insane and at this point I want 100% full refund and I will throw the boots in the trash. Please help- this Company is garbage!

    I purchased two pair of boots and was given an arrival day..these were for a gift. Not only did they arrive almost a month after date. I was told I was responsible for return shipping which now was in another country!! I kept copies of all emails stating prior to arrival I did not want them and this was their mistake. I also sent copies of their return process which says 30 days and they provide shipping label. I was given the opportunity to take a discount and keep them(they were never for me) or return . Since then I have continued to get same auto generated response saying I needed to pay for return and that their warehouse was now in *****! I had to purchase new gift and have no need for these two cheaply made boots!

    I ordered two pair of shoes from the Boston Boots on Jan 3,2024 for the total cost of $74.94. After 3 weeks, a package came with 1 pair of the shoes. I assumed the other would be coming separately. It did not. The company is claiming they sent them together. Order #**** . After 20 emails back and forth, the only thing they keep asking for is a packing slip - of which there was not one provided. I have sent them a picture of what I have received and a picture of what I ordered with no resolve. There is no phone number to call. Only emails for customer service. I am asking for a reimbursement of $30 for the second pair of shoes that never arrived. I do not want a gift card as I dont want to work with the company since my experience has been awful. Any help to resolve the matter is appreciated.

    I ordered boots on Jan 17 and paid over $40. More than 10 days later the tracking number they provided (not through a shipping company I was familiar with) said shipping from overseas despite the company website saying they are in CA. Days pass and nothing changes on the tracking info. I emailed customer service asking for estimated delivery date and they said they would research it. Never heard back so a week later I followed up again and asked for a refund. The auto response said they would work on my situation. Every email I get from them is ****** wordy with lots of fake concern and misused polite phrases. It also does not come from ********************************** which is listed as their email address. Still no response regarding my request for refundand still no boots! I just want my money back. This whole encounter has felt like a scam and I regret ever attempting to order boots from them. I just want a refund!
