    I have a 3yr warrenty on a electric bike (Jasion) that I purchased through ***********. I have had so many problems with this bike it's not a bad dream any longer. The other day my speedometer box on handle bars when haywire and they told me it would be taken care off was never nothing done They told me that my warrenty runs dry after one year and the that's not true, I paid *********** close to ****** for that. I asked them and told me to contact *********** about any warrenty after 1yr,which isn't until September. I've paid close to ****** from my own pocket in which I don't even have but cut my spending money to shreds. Please Help!!

    I bought an electric scooter from this company off ****** November 24th 2024. I paid 205$ for it. The charging port pushed inside the scooter with no way to get to it. The handle bar pads went through the rubber and battery wouldn't hold a charge. I contacted Jasion bike about it May 5th 2025. A person named **** responded May 7th and asked for pictures. I sent pictures and explained the problems. Then he replied saying they would send new handle bar cushions and a new charging port the problem is you can't get to the charging port. I do not understand why I am not being sent a new scooter or reimbursed for this scooter it is still under the 1 year manufacturing warranty. They contacted me saying they would arrange some courtesy offer of 50$ and said they hope it helps. I have not even received 1 email after that. I have emailed them 5 more times and ***** will respond now. I want what the warranty states. This should not be happening less than 6 months after I purchased it. I am now seeking help to get what I paid for a working scooter either a new one or the 205$ I paid. Thank you!

    I am attaching e-mails l to the organization outlining my issues and recent request for a refund. However, they have not only failed to address my request but have also refused to honor the 1-year warranty that came with the bike. They stated that they will not ship any replacement parts until I remove the negative review I posted about the bike. This is the second instance where the company has given ultimatums or attempted to bribe me with offers such as $50 for shipping parts in exchange for removing the review.

    When I received my EBike, I wasnt completely satisfied The bike it seemed cheaply made. I requested a refund from the seller right away. But I didnt hear back from them for us couple weeks and then they suggested that they would send me parts under warranty. They delayed sending the parts and then they told me that it was too late for a refund and theyve been giving me The runaround. The back wheel of the bike came apart. The spokes all came loose and the bike is not usable. The pedal broke off while I was going at a high-speed and I fell, and as a result there was a ****** laceration on my left leg. The front wheel is starting to have the same problem as the back wheel. I havent been able to use this bike. Jasion is Sending confusing emails and going back-and-forth.. Theyre trying to deliberately fraud their customers. Sending faulty, bikes, refusing refunds, and never coming through with the parts promised under warranty. I contacted JASION bike on April 2 about my return request. When I called her phone number they dont answer the phone. They are not emailing me back and I feel like they deliberately ripped me off . Please advise me on what I should do regarding the situation. Im highly unsatisfied and Im having a financial hardship.Thank you for your support Kindly, ***********************

    Please review all the emails below. I purchased the bike from Jasion Bike with using the payment plan Klarna, The payments are paused while they investigate as well but I have paid $239.50 with $718.50 remaining on Klarna with a total of $958.00. I had cancelled the bike and have an email where they said they will cancel it then I get an email that the bike shipped, I right away emailed and they told me to refuse the package with ****** I did refuse it and they want me to close the dispute with ****** and they say they will refund me. ****** told me to not close the dispute, since it is on pause so are the payments, but every time I email Jasion Bike, its another excuse. The one recent is they never received the package from ***** which is not true, I called ***** and it was delivered on July 10th with a proof of signature and delivery which I attached below. The email prior to that they want to refund me and that my funds are frozen until I close the dispute. This has been ongoing for a few months with no resolution and I just want my refund. Please help.

    I have a several months old bike less then 60 miles. They didn't put enough zip ties. The tire rubbed the wire causing it to not work, sent video, they said wires were worn out in 5 months? Ridiculous, I bought 2 bikes and have deep regret. For the short time it worked I enjoyed the bike and gave it good reviews, but after dealing with customer service, I will be going to the ******************** to write a review. All I wanted was a new cable that connected to the motor cable. It's ridiculous to pay this much and lose a customer for one cable.

    I purchased this ebike and it has a one year warranty. The bike broke a short time after purchasing and they won't fix it. I emailed them and called over *********************************************************************** repairing the bike. I even called around 10 times and got nowhere. They say they are sending out the part and it never comes. Then I call again and they claim I never called. I just want a working ebike.

    The date this transaction took place was 5/22/2024. The original order was for a black X-Hunter e-bike but ended up with a blue bike due to product shortage. The issues Im having with the bike is a code for over voltage(E07) which causes the bike to be unresponsive to the electric throttle. Ive done as advised by the company which was email them at their support email and I would be contacted in 24 hours. I patiently waited a week and I did not receive any type of response back. Once I waited a full week I sent a second email of my complaints and how this issues should be covered under their 1 year warranty. In two days it will be two weeks without a response from Jasion. If they are selling subpar products to the masses then need to be held responsible for any and all issues within the warranty period. If you could please help me get a response from Jasion it would be greatly appreciated

    I purchased a jasion e bike from this company back around April 25,2024. The bike was shipped with a battery that isn't working properly or as it should. It didn't charge properly. After contacting the company via email, I sent it back to the company for a replacement. They said that it would be shipped out as soon as they received the old one. Once they receive it, I was told that they don't have any replacements and it would take a month to restock, well a month has come and gone and I still don't have a replacement. Now they are saying I have to wait another month, Because the bikes are out of stock. However you can go to the website and buy one and it says it will be shipped in 3-5 days. How is this possible unless it is false advertising. I can't use the product that I bought because it isn't complete. They have my money and I don't have a working product. This company has Poor customer service, and they don't respond to my emails anymore, I have to call to speak to someone with no answers. I have the email chain if the BBB needs it. I'm really disappointed with the customer service. I just want my product to be completed because that is what I paid for.

    *5/20/24 Jasion received payment *5/23/24 No ebike 2.0. Called Jasion, said only have blk color in stock. I said okay, change color from WHT to BLK. I receive a different email saying they are changing model. I said okay not realizing it was different from discussion.*5/25/24 I realize error. Bike has not shipped. I call and send email to not send wrong bike. It's not what we talked about. They said we made shipping label already. I said stop wrong bike, too small, not what I ordered, not what we discussed on phone.5/26/24 Jasion tells me $50 fee for stopping. I said unacceptable. Has not left your building. I request refund.5/26/24 jasion website policy states, "Before Shipping - "Free replacement for products of the same price. If you want to change to a different model, you will be responsible for the difference in price between products." No price difference.5/27/25 - Jasion will block fee, not charge $50.5/30/25 - called Jasion said they put a rush on delivery. Then I receive conflicting email that they are trying to retrieve package in WV.5/31/24 - called Jasion, sent wrong bike, asked me 5x to try wrong bike, offered to send me a basket to take wrong bike. I requested right bike be sent now and a label at their cost to send back. This is completely unacceptable. They said they would have to wait for wrong bike to send right bike (2 or more weeks delayed). No bike yet. I need for trip June 7th. Unacceptable!!!
