    I made an online order for an electronic bike from Jasion e-bikes ordered on August 1, 2023. on Mar 13, 2024 I informed them that the bike was no longer working and that the motor wheel was shot. the motor is still covered under their warranty. on Mar 21, 2024 they promised to send me a new motor wheel. Patiently waited until APR 4th to ask what was going on with the motor shipment. Then, on APR 14, finally they gave me a little more detail about not having the motor in stock, I waited until May 13, when I was told that there was a cargo ship accident and the motor was lost.... the next day, after complaining to amazon about the seller the motor was available again. but, on May 27, they sent me an email stating that I would be waiting for the motor "indefinitely" because of Canadian railway strikes. I now feel I have been lied to the entire time. and have no choice but to take any action I can to resolve this. this is supposed to my vehicle for day to day commutes to work and I am now suffering daily without my bike.

    I ordered a bike from Jasion and tried to cancel my order one hour after and they will not put my money back on my credit card. This was back in May and still nothing I just want my money back thankyou. And the bike has never shipped I just want a simple return.

    Purchased an Ebike. Didnt like that the merchant ID was an email in my bank account. Immediately requested a cancellation and refund. They emailed back and forth BARTERING and BEGGING me to keep the bike. Keep the order. Accept the bike. And I just kept demanding a refund. Theyd respond every 2 days. Same thing for almost 2 weeks. Then finally cancelled order. Another week. Emailed saying they were refunding the order. That it would take ***** business days. Now its been countless days. Over 4 weeks since original purchase. And nothing. The refund has been attempted. They email me screen shots but are blaming my bank for a dispute I filed. The dispute is CLOSED. Theyre making excuses. I dont know what to do and need my $904 back ??????

    I purchased a eb5 roamer electric bike from the company jasion. It arrived 7 days later on 3/23/24. upon opening the box all the lights were on and it smelled like burning wires. Unpacking the bike I found numerous damages, scratches, broken parts, missing basket, chain guard looking like it was cut with a box cutter, miss drilled holes where the screws don't even line up, broken display holder and more. So far it's been over a week now trying to deal with this company to get this rectified. They offered me a complimentary basket to compensate but I had already paid for a basket in my purchase. Then they offered me a bike lock and 30 dollars, I paid over 800 for the bike and have over 200 dollars in damages and a missing basket. This company is extremely shady and has absolutely no quality or craftsmanship to what they do. I wanted to return the bike and they wanted to charge me 180 dollar restocking fee. The only place this bike belongs is in the junkyard or city dump. And none of my damages were from shipping because the box was in excellent condition, so they packed and shipped the bike to me in this condition and I guess it was acceptable to their standards which is appalling.
