    I purchased the Baseus 65W *****mAh portable charger (Model BS-30KP365) from ****** in February 2025. In May 2025, I became aware of an official recall notice stating that the product had been involved in over 70 reported incidents, including 4 fires and property damage.I had been using this device regularly for months, completely unaware of the risks. Given the size and capacity of the charger, the potential for overheating is extremely concerning. Since learning about the recall, I have kept the device unused, but its presence in my home continues to feel unsafe.I contacted the seller and requested both a refund and a replacement. However, I was told I could only receive one or the other not both. I believe I am entitled to both a refund and a replacement, as I was sold a hazardous product without any prior warning. This is not a case of buyers remorse it is a serious safety concern. The product poses a risk of injury or fire and should never have remained available for purchase.I am submitting this complaint to formally request resolution and accountability. Consumers should not be left in the dark about safety risks, and companies must do better in protecting their customers

    On 2/27/25 I went to ******** secret located at ******************************************************* and it paid ***** towards my ******** secret bill please note the amount due was ***** and it was due by 2/28/25. As of 2/28/25 the payment of ***** is not reflecting and ******** secret in store and or customer service is unable to help . They are unable to locate the payment and I was told to avoid a late fee I had to pay ***** which is the amount due despite already making a payment . To avoid a late fee I paid an additional ***** which has already reflecting on my account .
