    I bought a Baseus *****mAh 65W power bank/charger via ****** in 2022 and have been very satisfied with their customer service ever since. Shortly after my purchase the power bank (<3 months) the device stopped accepting a charge. I contacted Baseus and they quickly responded and replaced the device after I confirmed with support that it was not working, with no additional charges to me Later in 2025 there was a recall due to risk of bulging and fire though my own device had no such issues in 2.5 yrs of use this was concerning so I reached support again and they replaced the device once more at no charge after confirming I had a affected serial number.While disappointed in these failures I appreciate the ease and speed of support, and the company making right at cost to themselves, and not the customer.I would gladly buy again from this company.

    I purchased an item from this *** with a gift card from Macys. The Mini phone charger did not work. I used the ***** gift card and the other 8.14 on my Macys card. Which I never carry a balance in 27 years of being with Macys.The customer service personal sent the item back to BASEUS, giving me a cop of the *** return. After contacting BASEUS, I was told that I would get a new gift card for *****. I asked was it to go on the card that I had used ending in 6963. I was told that it would not be any good and I would receive another card in its place. After a while I received a ***** gift card and have been trying to resolve this. I was told that they dont keep any nots from previous **************** is only for *****, but it is due me. From BASEUS not Macys. Please help. I have the copy of where it was sent back
