      Title: Former Employee Fired for Upholding Integrity I worked at Final Touch Construction & Design for several years as a estimator, handling job estimates and training personnel. While many clients may be pleased with the finished projects, my experience inside revealed serious concerns.The owner, **** **********, frequently exhibits volatile and unstable behavior toward employees, fostering a stressful work environment. Toward the end of my tenure, I refused to cut corners on project quality and safety standardssomething that conflicted with the companys new direction. Because of this stance and my commitment to ethical practices, I was fired, as I was seen as a threat.I encourage prospective clients and employees to carefully consider these issues before engaging with Final Touch Construction & Design.
