    My husband had bought some auxbeam rgb underglow light trips for my 2019 gmc acadia and after an hour of installing them they started flickering and glitching and now they just won't work they never responded to my email to request my money back.

    I ordered lights for my wife's jeep from them on Feb. 21st. They arrived the 24th and were installed 3 days later. I Immediately noticed a defect in both lights that inhibit the proper function and took pictures right away to email for replacement. This is when I noticed that they do not have a working phone number for contact and only an email address that they are extremely slow to respond to. I had to reach out multiple times in order to get a reply. They asked for more proof of the faults even though the issues were perfectly clear in my photos. Again, I had to persistently ask for a reply and finally they wanted me to cut the wires and send in a photo so they can replace the lights. I explained this would make the vehicle unsafe to operate because the lights would not be working (the originals were burnt out as well). Eventually I got them to offer a refund as well as a replacement but neither have arrived. There have only been excuses either about the factory or shipping and we are still left with a vehicle that has 2 defective headlights.

    I had bought pair of led multiple color headlights for my truck and contacted these people on several occasions in regards to the issue or situation about their product they insisted not honoring warranty as said two years if any problems occur with the purchased item or items I even paid to ship back item outta my own pocket so that problem be rectified professionally but neither time of contract were there understanding from this company whom selling merchandise fail to stand accountable for their bad business on these type situations here. Even lied about have sent back new lights in return but never saw any in turn as we elaborate here of the problem now. These lights costed me around totally 60 plus dollars in all.
