    On May 25, 2023 I paid $220.00 for my 10 year old son to join a soccer league. I was told a coach would contact me the next day. Days went by and I never received a call. I called the league and was requested a refund, I was told I could stop by to pick up my money. I went to the booth and was explained that the delay was to issues they has with the previous coach and that I would get a call from a coach if I decided to keep my son in the league. For the sake of my son, I kept him in the league. One month after my initial payment, I received a text message in Spanish that the first practice would be on 5/27/2023. I found out that the league had already been practicing, all the other boys had their uniforms, my son did not and was not given one. The dates of the practices were changes and cancelled. I received a text asking for my son to be at a game, when he has only been to one practice and has no uniform. I called to cancel to get my money back. I called 909-202-6279 and spoke to Pedro L**** whom told me that he was too busy to attend to my call because he had better things to do. He said my contract states that the funds are non refundable. I never received a contract nor a copy of my receipt. I sent the payment via zelle and the other part cash on May 25,2023. I need help to get a refund of the fee that I paid. I also need to report that this company is very unprofessional. I reached out to the coach on a group text and the coach did not reply to my request to speak to him.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    I would like to include for the record that this business insulted me in front of children and offered me money to stay quiet and not complain about them.
