  I hope this message finds you well. I am writing as a concerned parent and member of our local soccer community regarding several issues I have observed during the current season with FC Kickers, specifically under the guidance of Coach Cano.
  First and foremost, it appears that our soccer team, FC Kickers, has taken on an excessive number of children this season. While I understand the need for financial support to maintain the team and its activities, it seems as if the primary focus has shifted towards financial gains rather than the overall development and well-being of the children involved. It's worth noting that my family has three children participating in the team, and these concerns are not unique to our situation; they extend across all teams with Coach Cano.
  One significant concern is the lack of playing time afforded to the children. It is disheartening to see many of our young players spending most of their time on the bench, waiting for opportunities to contribute. Equal participation and chances for growth should be the essence of youth sports. As parents, we want to see our children thrive and develop their skills, both on and off the field, which can only be achieved with fair playing time.
  Furthermore, Coach Cano has demonstrated a concerning lack of organization. Messages sent to him have gone unanswered, and there has been a lack of communication regarding game days, times, and venues. This has created confusion and frustration among both players and parents who are left in the dark about important scheduling information.
  In addition to the aforementioned concerns, the frequent changes in soccer fields for practice sessions have caused inconvenience and logistical challenges for families. This lack of consistency in practice locations has made it difficult for parents to plan and ensure their children can attend the sessions regularly.
