    I've gotten plants from you a few times now and never had any issues but this time most all the plants did not have any soil in them, it was scattered everywhere and all the plants were dry to the point of turning brown. I added some succulent/ cactus soil and watered them really well and I am hoping they make it. I don't like to complain because you guys have done a great job before.

    I had about 4 plants that I'm not able to immediately resell because of damage, probably due to shipping. Even thought the box is clearly labeled the delivery person stood it on one end, possibly causing the crushing of some plants. Otherwise I'm really excited and happy with the unique variety. Thank you!

    This is my 3rd order. All came in perfect condition as before. They are packed very well and are all very healthy plants. I won't buy plants anywhere else.

    perfect in every way. size ,condition, packing and LABLED, oh and did I say labeled ?, I unpacked them ,let them rest for 4 days and repotted. Over the moon with all of them. Also feel great about the fact that you do not strip desert the way some do that sell on internet. This is responsible practice.
