    Shipping to ******** during a period of arctic air didnt work out for the best. The heat pack was not warm at all upon arrival. Between the cold and the **** not recognizing youre well labeled this side up and fragile, 5 of the eleven plants dont look they will make it. I knew it was a risk when I ordered. I will order again in the spring.

    Excellent, as usual. They arrived a day early, and I was grateful, as we were expecting a snowstorm and colder temperatures. They were in perfect condition, are in their new homes, and are thriving. There is even new growth appearing on one of them. Thank you!

    Arrived promptly, as usual, a couple of the plants were out of their pots, especially the ones that were separated by paper, however no harm done. The plants are now in their new homes and doing very well. I shall, no doubt, be ordering again in the future.

    The shipment went to *****, but, I live in **! After speaking with someone on chat, the package was rerouted and arrived with plants 3 days late, but plants were in good shape!
