      My experience with Legacy Partners was quite disappointing. Despite multiple attempts to communicate regarding receiving my deposit from my move out date in August, there was an ongoing lack of responsiveness, which led to an extended delay of four months in returning it, and even though they say its headed my way now I still have not received it. Effective communication seemed to be a significant challenge during my communications with them, and the prolonged wait for the deposit added to the frustration. Hopefully, the company can improve its communication channels and efficiency in handling such matters for future tenants' peace of mind.

      We are very sorry that this has happened. **************************** moved from the *********** location on 8/14/23 and the deposit accounting and a refund request was completed. Unfortunately, the building was sold and Legacy Partners lost management as of 10/2023. I followed up with our accounting department and a new check for refund was issued on 12/18/23. The accountant brought the check to the post office personally on 12/19/23 to expedite the mailing. **************** should be receiving the check any day now. Once again, we apologize for any miscommunication.

      I have had a nice time staying here until recently; upon move in I noticed multiple parts of the apartment that were left unattended prior to my move. One of which was a piece that connecting the microwave and the vent was broken. The boiler was leaking on the first day I did my laundry. The Heater had water coming out of the bottom of it and the medicine cabinet would not close because the piece needed to be re glued Along with the handle of my bathtub coming off as soon as I used it. They over charge given the quality and employees are abusing their power.

I am unable to find the name ***************** in our database in order to check on the repair. If the issue was not taken care of, please send a message to the property manager for immediate follow-up. Legacy Partners once again apologizes for any inconvenience and our goal is to have a great move-in experience for all residents.

      Don't let the fake friendly faces and flashy amenities fool you into leasing here...if you have an issue here, maintenance or otherwise, don't hold you breath that it will ever get resolved. Since moving in on day one issues I have requested have not been resolved, and anytime I try and work with staff to resolve these issues time and time again I have been stonewalled, ignored, blatantly lied to, given false information, and more. Trying to get the staff to even do their jobs is tiring because they couldn't care less. A tenant should not have to work this hard for basic necessities in an apartment and for the staff to do their jobs. I can't wait to move out of here.

I have looked up the work order history for the apartment and see several work orders for the unit since move-in. It appears that all work orders have been completed and closed out.
