I have had 2 issues with this business now. The first I purchased self-parking at the ************************************. Upon arrival I discovered that the lot only offered Valet parking which is not what I purchased. I had to go elsewhere and contacted the company for a refund only to be told that they could only refund me in way of ******** credits because it was after my check in time which was unacceptable. I used their services again because I had a great experience with the second lot I used. Only to request a receipt from the lot for the transaction and discover that the lot put on the receipt that Inpaid an overage of *****. I contacted cheapestairport to inquire how to receive that overage and they informed me that I would not as the price shown on the receipt was the negotiated price between them and the parking lot and that the extra included their service fees. When I originally paid for the reservation they included a 4.95 service fee but also charged additional taxes than the lot offered. In communication with cheapest airport they also told me that Inpaid a lower amount going through them which I in fact did not. The lot charged 19 dollars per day before taxes and cheapest charged about 22 per day before taxes.Initial Complaint

I purchased parking with 24 hour shuttle service advertised to run every 15 minutes. This was not the case, the shuttle service ran every hour, this would have made me miss my flight. I ended up having to purchase **** transportation back and forth costing so much more in total than parking at the actual airport parking. Then when I contested the service they were incredibly dismissive and said, they only guaranteed parking and not shuttle service. This is a lie. I purchased the parking solely on the agreement that shuttle service was provided to the airport. I have spent so much time on the phone trying to get my refund, all they did was run in circles, refused to provide a refund and offered a credit. These people are dishonest. On Monday, August 19, 2024, at 5:40am, I purchased a space for parking in a covered garage. My wife and I were driving to the way to the airport when this purchase was made. Shortly after we made the purchase using my cell phone, we realized the flight was scheduled earlier than we had thought. We immediately tried to cancel this parking reservation. The reservation was for 6:00am, we attempted to cancel the parking reservation at approximately 5:48am. Purchasing the parking reservation was very simple. However, trying to cancel the reservation proved to be more difficult. We did not see anywhere on the confirmation email on how to cancel. We did see where we could download the app for the company. We got the app, but still could not cancel. We had to park at the more expensive airport parking garage. I called the hotel where the parking space was located, they told me they had nothing to do with the company or parking spaces. I also replied to the confirmation email asking that the reservation be cancelled. I eventually was able to ****** the company and got a phone number. I spoke with an employee and manager. Both told me there were no refunds after the start of reservation of 6:00am. I reserved the space for 5 days. I could understand being charged for the current day, but why couldn't they refund the other 4 days. I was told that's their policy. So, if I had reserved a space for 30 days and not used it, I would not get any money returned. The manager told me how to click on a link that showed their phone number at the bottom. The problem was the link was not in the body of the email. It was "hidden" behind a but named view reservation. We were not able to see that button on our phone while driving. It was only after we arrived at our destination and used my laptop that I was able to see it. This seems very unfair and much like a scam. I should be as easy to cancel as it was to purchase. I paid $60.23 for 5 days. I would like 4 days refunded.Initial Complaint

The company uses deceptive methods to conduct its business. It required me to pay in advance for my parking reservation. Only after I paid did the company notify me of any potential extra charges. The employee later told me that it doesnt have space on its website to add this info so we know about potential charges before we pay. So I ended up paying an extra $40 plus fees because I was parking a small SUV. I have a RAV4 and no one charges extra for that size car. If I had known ahead of time about the extra fee then either I would have parked somewhere else or would have had all the info I needed to make a better decision. They know that some people wont read the fine print after theyve paid. The company lured me with very low rates and then was able to make up for it with this charge.Initial Complaint

On July 31st I purchased parking through Cheapestairportparking.com for $***** it was for parking at a Holiday Inn Lot in ****************** **. Upon arriving to check in and leave my car the Hotel informed me that they were running a scam and were not permitted to use their lot. They then charged me for the parking to park at Holiday Inn and told me I needed to contact Cheapestairportparking.com to get a refund and supply them with the receipt that I paid Holiday Inn. I have done so and was told by CheapestAirportParking that they would be crediting my credit card. However they have failed to do so and continue to delay the refund. The customer service received has been horrible with constant excuses. Frustrated to fall for this scam and be charged for something they can't provide. *****Business Response

This is a rarest and unfortunate mishap due to a serious miscommunication from the parking facility to our team. Though we have initiated immediate steps to resolve the issue with the facility, we were unable to initiate a refund for you due to a dispute against this transaction. Once a transaction is disputed, your bank will hold the funds to a ***** days period for reviewing the evidence submitted by both parties and we won't have access to your funds during that time to initiate a refund. We see that there are ten more days to get a final result from the bank's end. We recommend you to please wait for that time to either release the funds so we can refund you or the bank will directly refund to your card after this time period. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience caused to you by this issue. Thanks for your understanding and patience.

I am rejecting this response because they have used this excused for months. When I submitted the challenge on my credit card it was because they refused to refund after stating they would and not being able to provide the service. They have every opportunity to refund and continue to point blame at others for a service they can't provide but continue to scam people.They also submitted information to my bank attempting to state they did provide parking and changed the location. What they failed to tell them is that they changed the location an hour after my flight took off and I still couldn't use the parking. This is a scam and Way.com continues to find delays on refunding my card.

I arrived at the lot about 630a and return to pick up my van about 745am on Nov 22nd, 2022. I told the Valet attendance what happened, and he said he will have his manager call I did not receive any phone call. That late afternoon I call the number from bottom of my receipt that i enclosed. Someone from ***** spoke and said I he will have the manager. again, I did not hear back. the next day early evening I called the hotel and the front desk said she will pass the info to the manager. up to now, I have not heard anything from anyone. On 7/25/2022 they changed my credit card with $225.32 for parking my car at a hotel in ******, **. I never received a confirmation number or the name and address of the hotel. On August 13th my credit card was charged $198.44 with a confirmation number GAP1320818. Since I did not receive a confirmation number with the first one I thought the computer did not receive my order. I have called twice to the company and they denied my request for a refund because they said they emailed the confirmation but if they did I would have a number to give them. They charged me twice for the airport parking but I should only have to pay for the one with a confirmation number.
