    I used the Cheapestairportparking.com web site and booked a spot at the ***************-tac. No problem on the front end; I parked and the shuttle took me to the airport promptly. Upon arrival back to *************** at 11:25PM, I called from the shuttle area and they said they'd send the shuttle right over; when they hadn't arrived after 20 minutes, I tried calling back but no answer. Then after 30 min and no answer. At 40 min, they picked up the phone and said, "Traffic is bad" and hung up on me. They never picked up the phone again and I ended up taking a different parking shuttle to a nearby lot and walking the remaining 1/2 mile in the rain. There was ZERO traffic, by the way. I e-mailed to file a complaint, and the reply from Way was, "Please understand that shuttle services are complementary to all bookings and not charged to the customer and that the charge paid by the customer is for the parking which you have utilized. Again, we understand this may cause inconvenience and we apologize for any discrepancies this may cause. Please understand that Way cannot be held liable for non-operable, late, or third-party payments including Uber, Lyft or **** services processed during your travel. I would request you to please contact the parking lot with any questions or concerns regarding the shuttle services."So I apparently bought the parking spot from Way, but Quality Inn runs the shuttle (or doesn't in this case...). Who would use off-site airport parking if they had to arrange transportation to that lot? What a joke and beyond ridiculously bad customer service! Beware of Way, *********************** and Quality Inn Sea-Tac!

    ******* is the company that I had to go through after making a parking reservation. I am making review for both ************************** and *******. I had a reservation for an airport parking and shuttle. When I got there at 5:45 AM the location was completely packed and we had to wait for only one person working to park more than 10 cars at time. After finally gave our car key to only working one parking attendant, we had to wait and wait for shuttle bus for 1.5 hours. The parking attendant told me to call the number on the parking reservation and no answer. It says 15 minutes shuttle bus rotation. We missed flight and lost our 1 week vacation. We had to get our car out from parking lot and came home. This is so frustrating as losing money on 1 week vacation and ******* representative was keep saying they are not responsible for anything happens after time of reservation. They have been keep saying company policy and are refusing to give me my refund.

    WAY is the company that this review is also for. I had a reservation for 10/7/22-10/10/22 for a airport parking and shuttle. When I got there at 4am the location was completely dark and no one was around. I contacted the number in the email at 4:02am, 4:37 am and 4:38am for someone else to tell me that they are not afflicted with cheapestairportparking/WAY and that I need to call for my refund. I had a flight the morning of the 10/7 which was not successful. My cousin decided to move my car and I got an uber to ***************. This is so frustrating as I thought the distance was closer. They have inconvinced me big time and are refusing to give me my refund.
