Do NOT book with WAY.com. I made an airport parking reservation 2 months prior and they overbooked. When I went to park my car, they told me there's no space. I had paid in full. I called WAY right away requesting a refund and I was told they do not believe me and that I called after my reservation time started. Of course I called after because they told me I could not park. I did not change my mind about parking so I could not call before. Then they told me they need to see a receipt from my new parking lot (I found another parking to leave my car and paid double). A horrible experience!!!!! They just don't care and all they want is the money. Even when I called them very upset, they did not offer any solutions.Way.com

We are also liable to pay to the lot for each spot allocated to our customers as per the contract we have with them. We understand that this is a contract breach by the parking facility by overbooking the slots. Based on my experience, this company fails to offer any support when issues arise with their service providers. Moreover, their method of enrolling customers in unrelated recurring memberships is deceptive. Despite claiming to send email notifications for these charges, they fail to provide any proof when asked, even terminating support calls. I won't be using their service again due to these concerning practices.Way.com

Had a reservation for airport parking that had an attendant 24 hours a day. Show up and all the lights are off, no one is around and the lot is so overflowing with parked cars that I wasnt even able to get my car past the gate. Forced to park at a different lot last minute. Way support staff denied my refund claim because they contacted the lot and their employee said they were open. I wont be using this service again.Way.com

Our cancellation and refund policy doesn't allow us to make any refunds after the check-in time without the facility's approval. If we do so, they will charge us for that space. So, in order to support your claim, we request you to provide us with more evidence as the lot denied the issue when we have investigated with them. They told us that there was a lot attendant available and also there were lot of spaces on that day. ***** review for 12/27 is absolutely correct. I used WAY app for a recent trip. I left my car with people out front of a place called the Weed Hut. When I pulled upfront I had a sinking feeling I was making a mistake but I trusted in the WAY app reviews out of ignorance. Thankfully, I got my car back intact but not without issues. I later learned that the WAY app only allows reviews of 5 Stars or your review isnt posted. This is why the reviews from WAY are all wrong and misleading. The reviews, which are there, are likely made up by the jokers who use WAY to take advantage of unsuspecting honest consumers like us. The people I used are under the name *** 52 Park and Fly out of Jamaica, Queens. I will never use WAY app again. The BBB should be investigating them and putting them out of business.Way.com

This is the absolute worst company on the planet. They say "complementary shuttle" on their website, but they don't say...if the shuttle is not working you must walk or catch a taxi or they will charge you for overstaying your reservation. I tried to contact them while waiting at the terminal and the number they gave just rang with no answer. When I finally got to the parking lot, they would not let me out unless I paid them extra (I was pre-paid). Seems like a great way to scam extra money. Very sad. They should not be able to do business in **********.Way.com

Any extra time incurred can be charged by the facility as per their original rates and it's their sole decision whether to charge extra or not. Hi I use Way.com when I leased my *** mini online . I was able to add my insurance online . Since then I saw they had other ways of me saving on car expenses. I know use them for parking , gas and carwashes pretty cool .Way.com

I wish I could give Way a zero stars. I have gone through Way twice for airport parking and both experiences were absolutely horrible. Way claims that they give *************** for airport parking but its all a scam. Way charges less just to get people to book through them. However when the time comes to go park the car at the parking lot the day that vacation starts, the scamming begins. Scam Part 1 If the parking lot place that was booked is NOT full, you are okay to park there. However, lo and behold there are hidden added fees. The parking lot company at the time youre trying to park your car will tell you that if your car is basically bigger than a compact car then theres an additional up charge anywhere between $5-$20 per day. None of which was/is explained in the confirmation email received from Way after booking. That was confirmed by the woman I spoke too from Way as well. Scam part 2 is if the parking lot is full, the parking lot company will tell you that they are full and they dont care if you have a confirmation number from Way or not. If there are no spots left then there are no spots left. Now if you are going on vacation and have to be at the airport 2 hours early, Good Luck if the parking lot is full!! You will have to call Way to tell them that your parking lot (to which you paid to park there (months in advance) is somehow full. When trying to call Way (at 4am in my case) its unbelievable that the only thing they can say is that they will try to book you somewhere else. People have a flight to catch and dont have time driving 15 -20 or more minutes in another direction to go to another place. Ive been denied at 2 parking lots booking through Way the first time. I ended up parking at the Airport myself and luckily I had 10 minutes left to board, before my plane took off. I will NEVER book through Way ever again and I hope that people read this review. Its a shame that people have to go through things like this.Way.com

1 starWe cancelled the reservation 24 hrs before check in time and they gave us way bucks for future reservations which can be used anytime. They expired those way bucks without notifying us last week saying they decided to change terms and conditions and revoke those on dec 15. This is not fair to consumer as it was not notified and neither has an expiry date on the profile. We called customer service and talked to the manager too and said they cannot help with reinstating or giving the credit back. This is not fair and transparent for customers.Review fromSarah R

They charged me twice for one reservation. Emailed them multiple times and they offered no assistance, only sent a form letter saying they dont do cancellations. I was not asking for a cancellation; I was asking them to refund me because they charged my credit card twice for one reservation. This Is Fraud!Way.com
