      I booked airport parking with Way.com which was advertised as 1.5 miles from the airport. When I arrived, I discovered it was false advertising that gained my business. I tried to book a closer parking place which came up under cheapestairportparking which I have since discovered is also Way.com. There was no address, no information, and no way to get to the location. Because this was airport parking, I was trying to catch a flight, and wound up having to take a cab from the first location and spending $60 on cab fair. I almost missed my flight. I called as soon as I landed 2 hours later to be sure I wasn't charged for the 4 days of parking I couldn't get an address for. It was like talking to a machine. The person did not listen to anything I said and spoke like a programmed robot. It was bazaar. I called two more times since and had the same experience. They refused to offer any credit or refund and charged me for BOTH locations. They had zero interest in acknowledging the false advertising that gained my business. I would NEVER book with Way.com ever again. I will also never book with cheapestairportparking or anything else that is actually Way.com.

      As many other customers of Way.com have posted in reviews on TrustPilot, PLEASE DO NOT RELY ON THIS COMPANY!!! THEY WILL MISLEAD YOU. In addition to charging additional fees at checkout (which no other website offering parking by the airport was doing) after I submitted payment, their website provided incorrect information about the parking lots services, which included a 24 hour shuttle running every 15 minutes and a phone number to reach the shuttle. I reached the airport, parked my car, called the number and no one picked up the phone. NO SHUTTLE EVER ARRIVED. I even met OTHER CUSTOMERS WITH THE SAME PROBLEM. When I contacted customer service and spoke with a manager named Lekshmi I was told to submit a receipt for payment at a different lot and I would be issued a refund. When I emailed the receipt, Lekshmi wrote that Way.com cannot be held accountable for the shuttle. Yet it was Way.com that provided FALSE INFORMATION about the shuttle, precisely the point that Lekshmi agreed to over the phone. Please do not waste your time with this horrendous UNETHICAL company.

      I booked parking through Way.com. I found the manner in which Way.com presented the pricing for my reservation was deceptive. To me, it looked like I was being charged **** plus service fees, which I understood. However, Way.com took the **** to reserve the parking and a service fee, then I had to pay the lot another $8+ when I got there as well. So I thought I was being charged around $15 and was charged around $24. If the parking fee was $15 (half to Way.com and half to the lot) plus service fees, that is how it should have been advertised so customers have a full picture of what they are choosing. It was too late for me to make any changes because I had to get to the airport, so I was stuck. I will not be reserving through Way.com in the future as it is taking funds that I would rather pay to the small business owner.

      I wish I could give them a zero! I reserved parking at a Motel 6 near *** . In the reservation it stated safe 24 hour attended lot. I arrived to find a small fenced unattended lot which was full. I asked desk clerk where I could park she said anywhere in regular lot. I rode around the hotel lot to see drug deals, derelicts, people hanging all over the lot. Motel doors left ajar . My 8 year old Grandson said I dontfeel safe here! Well neither did I! I feel like if I came back in 4 days Id find many less parts on my car if I found my car at all! I tried to call company and got no answer. I emailed them and they said it was past check in time therefore no refund. I left this lot and I willNEVER use this deceptive company again and I will be sure to tell everyone I know! My life and my car are worth more than the $44 I was charged. Shame on me for trusting this company!

      Just want to express our frustrating experience from making a car parking reservation at *** thru way.com. I also wrote the complaint letter to the ************************ manager at LAX. I dont know how way.com and Marriott do business but we did not have parking when we got there and Marriott still refused to offer us the parking after talking to way.com employee on the phone. Nobody notified us about the issue till we got to the airport. If this is the business issues between way.com and Marriott then please do not do business with Marriott in the future but we, as a customer, should not be the victim of overbooking. The marriott turned down our parking reservation to save their spot for hotel guests. We were under stress dealing with Marriott and your customer service employee when it was getting close to our flight. The way.com agent Midhuu was trying to re book another parking for us with another unknown company we were not comfortable and did not want to risk of missing the flight. We were disasstified with the customer service agent as he was not able to find another well known hotel parking like sherraton for us as we requested. He was not able to provide the name of the re booking parking company clearly on the phone, so we were asking him to email us the information and it took him over 5 min to send the email confirmation for me to see. He kept saying the email was sent but I never got the email till I kept asking him to resend it. When I was able to see the email for the new parking he offered, I was not happy because we never heard of that parking company and could not take another risk. That was a long discussion on the phone and it was wasting my time when we need to catch our flight. We ended up parking at the terminal and pay $500 for our parking. Given all the hassles we had to go through, how can we use way.com to book our parking again in the future? Who will compensate us for the extra parking fee we had to pay at the end?

      I usually give a company the benefit of a doubt when I use there service. But never ever again will I use this companies service. First of all I experience false parking rates, automatically charged my credit card without a prereview of charges. Charged me for a spot I didn't even use. Read the reviews and it gave me a confirmation of what I experienced. Customer support and care are great people and doing there job. This is management. No refund, no credit. I wasn't even offered a credit to the account which the policy stated under some circumstances. I also read the company policy which stated cancel before parking ticket time starts. I tried cancelling numerous of times before the ticket time started and kept getting a message error. I called and explained to customer support. By the time I got through to them after waiting the ticket started and they told me the ticket time started. They cannot cancel it. I also mentioned I saw a advertising price of $16 a day which I reserved for 3 days. So why I'm being charged $149.85 plus a outrageous tax of $40.41. Bringing the total to $190.85. This doesn't add up. They're response was send a email to way support.com. So I did and to make a long story short. I got a negative response and no refund. Ok I was clearly a victim of this companies neglegence just like others I read in the reviews. Hopefully BBB can help me get reimbursed. Cause this no way how to do business.

      I booked my reservation with Way.com to park my car for 8 days from July 3rd to July 10th of 2022. I paid in full online to receive the advertised rate. I paid $134.10, with ************ of $33.77, which totaled $167.87. As directed by Way, I arrived *** Parking lot at ***************** in *********. While checking in at 5:30am, the rude attendant (*****) told me that I needed to pay an additional fee of $32.69 because it was a holiday weekend. What a bait & switch act! He knew my shuttle was about to leave for the *********** was catching an 8:15am flight. I told him I already paid in full online & showed him my receipt. He said if I refuse to pay the additional holiday up charge fee, he will refund my ********* can go elsewhere. At this time the *** shuttle left without me. Aggravated & extremely upset, I paid the $32.69, & took the next shuttle, so as not to miss my flight. The next shuttle arrived over 40 minutes later! The people I boarded this shuttle with were also up charged, & very upset. I arrived at the gate in ************** as they were boarding the plane, & almost missed my flight. Do not trust the advertised parking rates on Way.com. I will not use this service again.

      We arrived at the Comfort Suites in ****** at 5 AM for our 6 AM flight. We used the reservation given us by Way. When we arrived, the door to the lobby was locked, no one was at the counter, and no one answered the phone that Way provided. We called Way and no one answered. So we drove around and finally found a parking lot, and the shuttle driver drove us to the airport, pointing out another Comfort Inn and Suites closer to the airport. He stated this was probably the hotel we should've parked at but we were unaware that there was another Comfort Inn. When we arrived at the airport, we found that we had lost our flight reservation as we were four minutes late. So we had to sit there for seven hours and wait for the next flight. I called Way during that time and explained what happened. He put me on hold and called the same hotel and stated no one answered. I told him that was no surprise as that had happened to us. He opened a claim and gave us a case number. I emailed the entire story and later that day I received an email stating that they had done nothing wrong. Basically, they claimed that I had lied when they were the liars. They also said they wouldn't give me a credit as I called after my reservation had started That's a joke, right? Considering that I wasted precious time calling them and no one answered. So I called my bank and put a stop payment on my debit card. I also took a photo of the new receipt from the other lot and emailed Way. So far, no response. Hmmmm......would I recommend Way? Would I trust them to get me to the airport in time for my flight? What do you think?

      I have used this company in the past, no problems. I booked same Hotel Parking lot on line. tried it again today, typed in hotel of choice because facility appeared to be safe, lighting, fencing etc only to arrive and find that the clerk had no conf of booking, called Way, they only had address for my spot and it wasn't at the space I requested. Arrived at hotel which Way had chosen, to find a very insecure lot, shuttle driver ask what air lines we said "KLM" he went directly to Delta, he said here is your terminal, I said, no it isn't, KLM. several delays caused a great deal of concern abt missing flight. I returned to get my car only to find window bashed out. sent info to Way, they shared with me that it wasn't their responsibility to call the hotel. I have done that , no one has returned my calls. This is not a company on the up and up. I strongly recommend that anyone traveling STAY AWAY FROM WAY.COM
