    Horrible company! Monitor stopped working and they would not replace it since it was past the year ***** Unfortunately it seems that everyone has this issue and they are not doing anything to help! It is extremely dangerous for those who rely on the monitor to make sure their children are safe. They should be ashamed of themselves and looked into! Take this company down!

    Baby monitor stopped charging right after 1 year warranty expired. Seems like a very common issue recently and appears that the product quality has dropped dramatically. Do NOT buy their products.

    This company should be investigated immediately. Not only do their products break quickly, they ignore customer service request to replace, return defective items (thousands of reviews online). Their business is a massive safety concerns for parents/ newborns. This business shouldnt exist

    Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Received our baby monitor as a gift in October 2023, and the charging cable broke in January and stopped charging. Reached out as it was well within the warranty period. Was told to return my monitor before they would send me a new one. I was super reluctant because we would be without a monitor for my kids but we were at that point anyways because the monitor wouldnt charge. So I returned it with the request that as soon the shipping status was updated they ship me a new one and they agreed. It was a Thursday they send me a shipping label and when I sent the monitor back by Saturday of that same week, they were magically out of stock and wouldnt get a new shipment in until end of February (2 weeks away). Fast forward to the first week in March snd have reached out several times and have not even gotten a response back now. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service and honestly the product wasnt great because it didnt even last 3 months. So frustrated and wish I had looked at these reviews prior to buying the monitor. *****% DO NOT RECOMMEND.

    BEWARE CONSUMER - VAVA products are a money pit without quality or warranty I'm one of many fellow plebs that was conned into buying vaportech from this fake Chinese shell company. I bought one of the 4k *** laser projectors in July 2020 for circa $3000. And for a time, it was good. While the projector worked, it was a nice product. Firstly, after receiving my initial unit, it developed a problem with the image after about 3 months, where white lines would appear across the image. Back then in 2020, VAVA seemed like it might've been more of a "real" company, willing to stand behind things like "warranties" and performing "quality control". So they sent me back (what I assume was) a new unit, and it seemed to be fine for around a year. However, shortly after the "warranty" had elapsed, the projector started developing a problem where it would just switch off for no reason along with an audible "pop" noise. This started around late 2021, and I talked to customer service about it, and they claimed they would need me to mail them the unit (I would of course pay the charges), and it would cost something like $1600-2000 to fix it... uhh, what? At the time I said "hell no" like any normal person would. Because the problem wasn't *that* bad. It would happen intermittently, and I could still use the projector for a few hours at a time. Fast forward to today, and now the projector turns off after about a minute and a half. It can barely get through booting itself up and finding the input source. Again, VAVA "customer service" is "unable to do anything" other than provide me with a $15 coupon towards the purchase of another piece of garbage! How splendid! Prior to recently I had some faith in businesses, warranties, quality control. I didn't want to believe that this company is clearly a front for a Chinese money grab, but now I have no choice. How is it reasonable to expect someone to basically pay full price for a repair? VAVA would love it if I'd just buy a new one.

    VaVa big scam. Purchase two security systems from VAVA via Amazon in 2022. October 2023 systems dropped off line. Contacted VAVA. Told they are working on software issue keep checking. Month passes I call back. Inform they no longer support system software. Im out several hundred for VAVA junk. Another few hundred for replacement systems. No integrity in VAVA corporation. Buyer Beware if you deal with them.

    I have purchased 12 of their cameras but starting this October (2023), their app has been stopped functioning. So all their cameras has become a junk. My all attempts to resolve it with their "customer support" has hit a wall, so I just simply lost $1k and have to purchase another cameras solution. Also I got very funny advice from their "customer support" guy (*****) - "...you can copy all ur videos from the ** card ..." despite all complaints on all US market places, these guys keep selling their "products" and keep foolish other people ...

    Purchased their Home Camera System and needed to add the VAVA home cam app to an I-phone but the app is no longer available. Customer support initially said to check back in two weeks and it has been two months with no resolve in sight. Technical support now says that there is no word from "corporate" if they will ever provide a usable app for APPLE users. You can currently get app for ANDRIOD users by having them email it to you.I have owned 5 VAVA dash cams and was initially impressed with the perceived quality of the product and the support I received from the company. However, none of them work any longer, partially due to melting in the ** summer heat and repeated WIFI connectivity issues. No longer a fan of VAVA.

    Our monitor was given to us as a gift in August. Within 6 months the charger stopped working. This company has absolutely terrible customer service, it took over 2 weeks, multiple emails and phone calls to their service line to get a replacement sent, which was well within their stated 12 month warranty. We havent received the replacement yet so cant speak to any longevity of a non-defective monitor. For the price of their products, I expect them to value their customers more. I will never purchase from them again. I highly caution anyone to purchase Vava products or their sister brands (RAVPower, TaoTronics)

    Ordered and paid for Item. Then was told my order was on its way. Then a few days later was told it was delayed. Was told now that it was not available. Bad company policy when you sell things they do not have! This item was for a unit I previously purchased not long, so they don't support their products.
