    I had purchased a brand new baby monitor, < 6 months of use the camera stopped working with no damages. During this time I had also ordered $500 worth of items for gifts. **************** was awful and not honoring the warranty, so I decided I did not want to give them more of my business. They were unable to cancel the order. I was advised a return of those newly purchased items would not be covered and that I would need to return to sender. So thats what I did. 2 months later I still have not received a refund and dont have any of the items in my possession. BUYERS BEWARE! Horrible customer service.

    I have a guaranteed 18-month warranty on a product I bought with Vava. When I needed to have the item replaced within the warranty period, they said they will not honor it becuase they no longer work with Amazon and that is who I purchased through. Amazon said they are not responsible for the manufacturer's warranty and will not honor it either. I am now left with a defective baby monitor 8 days away from my second baby being born and Vava won't do anything to help.
