    I signed up and paid for "3 Days Live Virtual Training on AI and Deep Learning with Python" and they cancelled twice. After the first cancellation, they at least gave me access to there previous recorded training but was a little outdated. It at least got me started in AI/ML. After the second cancellation, I just requested a refund. However, after reading some of the comments here, I don't think a refund is coming. If that happens, I have to get our legal **** involved then its out of my hands. I can't believe these guys have not been shutdown.

    Definitely a scam. I wish I had researched them before paying for a class that never happened.

    Signed up for a ********************* Class," and the speaker allegedly "cancelled" after the live session had already started. This company is a scam that is perfectly comfortable stealing money from non-profit professionals and their associated non-profits. They should be audited and shut down.

    No Refunds When Simpliv Deleted Self Paced Courses I purchased a "self paced" course from simpliv several months back, despite some negative reviews that I saw online. I should have listened to those reviews!Initially all was fine. However, simpliv recently decided to eliminate all "self paced" courses from their website. This means that I can no longer access the course that I paid for.I contacted support today and asked if refunds would be available. I was told "unfortunately, refunds are only available during the first 20 days."The policy of only giving refunds after ****************************************************************************************However, the course material has been deleted, and I no longer have access to it. To refuse to give a refund at this point in time is unacceptable!Beware spending a dime on this scam company! You cannot trust them to keep their word. You cannot trust that you will get what you paid for.Date of experience: January 17, 2023

    Never contacted Simpliv but get their emails for training despite "opting out" multiple times. Have filed report with FTC.

    I just took a course and it was possibly the worst "training" I've ever participated in. There seemed to be no advance preparation, the "instructor" typed his notes in Notepad as he spoke which was very painful to watch, and we covered less than half the subtopics listed in the curriculum. He also let us out 1.5 hours early every day and there were extensive breaks throughout the day, so not much time for actual instruction. The course ended on a Friday and I sent an email on Monday with some constructive criticism and a request for a refund, but was told a refund is not possible because I would have had to have asked within 48 hours. Would absolutely not recommend.
