These magazines were being sent as a promotional offer in hopes that you might enjoy and maybe want to subscribe. There was no charge or bill. No billing information is housed.

I have canceled the magazines and placed the information on our unsubscribed list. I want to assure you this will not happen again. Please note, due to the publishers labeling procedures a few more issues will arrive.

Our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you, if you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to let us know.

We are available Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm PST.

    Best Regards,
    RewardBee Management

My story is the same as every other complaint about Rewardbee. I have been receiving two Hearst-published magazines at my address with a fake name (I Googled and found no person by that name anywhere). I complained to Hearst and they referred me to Rewardbee, who replied reasonably quickly with the same responses that you see in the other complaints below:

They said (but note, I was NOT receiving Parents magazine, only the Town & Country and Women's Health): "TOWN & COUNTRY, WOMEN'S HEALTH, PARENTS magazine(s) were being sent as a Promotional Offer from our company, in hopes that the recipient might enjoy them and maybe want to subscribe. Based on this subscription type, we can confirm there’s no billing or charge for this subscription and it was not set to auto renew.

"First of all, I would like to apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. After a thorough investigation of this with our systems team, there must have been a keystroke error at the time of order entry that created these orders. I can assure you that we have added the recipient's name to our internal Do Not Mail list to prevent any further orders from being processed. Be certain that this occurrence won't happen again in the future.

"TOWN & COUNTRY, WOMEN'S HEALTH, PARENTS magazine(s) have been cancelled effective today, 09-12-2022. Due to publisher labeling procedures you can expect to receive a few more issues of the magazine(s) before the delivery discontinues.

"We sincerely appreciate your kind understanding on this matter. During this time of uncertainty, we wish you and your family to be well, safe, and healthy."

Then I thanked them for that information, and they replied by asking me if I would rate their customer service...and they offered me two free magazine subscriptions to "thank" me!!! I replied that I didn't want any part of their magazines and asked them to remove all my information from their database and not to contact me anymore. "Keystroke error"! Ha.
