Received the magazine **** in the mail yesterday. The label showed this magazine in my fathers name. My father is dead as of 12/2023. He was 91 years old when he died last year. Does subco really think this is a good idea to send out blind subscriptions to people not knowing anything about them? My father died!! My poor mother who is 90 received this magazine and this really upset her! STOP AND THINK!!!!! Policy needs to CHANGE!!!Subco 800 number said they would cancel. However the point is this should have NEVER occurred.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Subco!

We are happy to assist you with your request.

To clarify, Subco is a magazine clearinghouse and fulfillment agency, we process various types of subscriptions to magazine publishers nationwide. The publisher will direct recipients like yourself to contact our office as we are responsible for providing subscribers services such as cancellation, change of address or general information. Our business practices do not include conducting sales, solicitations or subscription billing.

To locate the subscription, we will need you to provide the recipient's full name, and complete mailing address as it appears on the mailing label.

Once located, we can identify the type of subscription you are receiving, ensure the cancellation was processed correctly and add your father to any necessary suppressions list.

We look forward to hearing from you.

My husband received 2 magazines this week we didn't order. I called to ask who sent order them and found out they were ordered from Subco. No thank you. Where do they get off ordering magazines for us that we don't need or want? Who's paying for them? Not us. Subco should be closed down or brought to task for doing this. Just my 2 cents.

SUBCO signed me up for GQ and Esquire without my knowledge or permission. I called each magazine company to stop delivery and they said that I would have to contact SUBCO. They give me their number and they are not answering their phones. Seems like theyre up to no good.

I magically started receiving Southern Living, which I have no interest in. I contacted them to find out why I suddenly started receiving it. They said some company named SUBCO has created an account for me. They said the only way I can cancel the account is to contact **********************. This is clearly a scam - some company that I have no relationship with is creating accounts in my name at other companies. In the era of identity theft, this type of "business" should not be allowed.

I came home today to a random magazine with my name and address on it. I never ordered this magazine. I called the magazine customer service line. I was informed that a third party called Subco sent me the subscription without my consent. The ** *** informed me that the subscription started on August 9th 2024 and will end in August 2026- a 2 year subscription. I told her to cancel my subscription- I never ordered the magazine. She stated she can ONLY discontinue mailing additional magazines to my address. She instructed me that I NEED to discontinue the subscription with Subco- that's the only way I can cancel the subscription. Why I need to contact Subco- it was fraudulent on their part- free promotion is a joke- nothing in life is truly free. So, I decided to ***ort this about Subco because they were deceptive in their approach- to assume people want magazine subscriptions. They need to STOP with ordering magazines/ etc. in my name that I have no knowledge of.

Subco feels like a SCAM or deceptive marketing ploy. Subco is signing people up for magazines they did not want. Causes waste and carbon emissions delivering something unwanted. I have no idea why I'm suddenly receiving magazines. When I contacted the magazine company, they said it was done through a 3rd party, which is how I learned about "Subco".

Im receiving magazines I have not ordered for several months now addressed to someone else at my address. Until now I believed it was a subscription delivery error but upon calling one of the magazines customer service numbers I find out that this subscription is being sent via the third party company, SUBCO. I find this marketing strategy quite appalling. It needs to stop.

I am receiving a magazine I never ordered and have stopped delivery but to cancel the subscription I was told I need to do it through SUBCO, who I have never heard of or to my knowledge have never contacted for any reason. I tried to call and cancel but they were closed - only open 10AM to 7PM EST. Will try next week and see if I have better luck. Frustrated because someone can order stuff without my knowledge or consent. Have not been charged for anything at this time but am watching out for it.

PLEASE no more magazines to my apartment. Im disabled and they keep showing up and piling up just to end up in my recycle, which I have no strength to deal with on my own. I believe this happened because of PinchNMe even though I always opt out.
