Working with **** was soooo easy! They answered my call right away, scheduled within 2 business days, were right on time, our tech, ***** *****, did an amazing job and was incredibly professional! They offered multiple tiered solutions, as well as explaining their membership to us which is a great idea for future planning. I feel very comfortable giving them our business. The technician provided a lot of information, helpful for those who arent familiar with HVAC. We had originally decided to call due to a $99 flyer we got in the mail and the response was way better than I could have imagined. Thank you so much!!

The absolute worst. My AC stopped working and I called Comfort Now Air, Plumbing, and heating they sent out two techs the next morning. After looking at my AC they said the compressor and blower motor were bad and would cost $8000.00. The tech said with the amount to fix it we should just replace it because it would just go out again and a new unit would cost $26,000.00. I had started all the paperwork but luckily was to talking to some buddies who told me that is twice the price of what a new AC unit should cost. I called another company for a second opinion and they came out and replaced the blower motor for way under a thousand and my AC is working great. I think its insane that a company can go around taking advantage of people and I wonder how many they have done this c*** too.Lee's Air, Plumbing, & Heating

We understand its frustrating when your air conditioning stops working during the hot temp days. As you mentioned we did give the option of the compressor and blower motor repair or new system replacement and don't move forward without the approval of the home owner. ******** was excellent! He arrived right on time at the beginning of the service window and served our need quickly and professionally. He also assisted with helping to plan some other projects including new shower heads, an upgraded toiled, and water-softening system. When I asked about these things he was able to get them lined up to be completed in two days. I highly recommend.Lee's Air, Plumbing, & Heating

I believe that I was heavily overcharged to have a kitchen sink and a toilet unclogged - $788 -I have contacted this business twice since the 8/27 service and was told that the service manager would contact me. To date, I have not been contacted. I did not receive any type of itemized information after the service tech came up with this total after tapping on his computer tablet for a few minutes. ****** info shows that this charge is at the very top of the scale and should reflect a much more complicated job than what this was (1-2 hrs).
