      The technician J*** provided great customer service throughout the process of diagnosing and correcting our water leak. Lee’s plumbing exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be using them again for any future plumbing repairs!

      I would like to file a complaint for discrimination. They notated my file that a family member Installed my unit, and that is not true. Refused any additional services when I needed them years later to replace a thermostat. They pick and choose who they will help. I didn’t like being discriminated against.

      Buyer beware! Air conditioning went out in the middle of summer. I explained that we needed air asap due to a family member’s medical condition. Part needed is roughly 275.00. Tech came out and explained that he did not have the right part and would have to use two parts to make up the one we needed. They charged almost 500.00 and said “you can do this or call someone else.” I explained to him my urgent need due to a medical condition. I watched the tech install one part, not two. I called and requested to speak with a supervisor to voice my concern and see if there was any sort of partial refund they could give. The supervisor acknowledged that only one part was actually used and said maybe there was a error in communication. Initially, I was more upset about the price but now the fact that the company intentionally took advantage of the situation, is evening more concerning and upsetting to me. If your air is out in 100 plus degree weather, call another company. If you have to use Lee’s, just know they are going to make you pay because they know you need it.

      Very happy with the sales and the installation of our new hvac. Everyone very professional and explained everything well. Their knowledge was top notch. Will definitely recommend Lees. Both installers were very courteous and professional.
