A bit of a hiccup with my first appt when I had to call after my guy didn’t show at the appointed time range. They apologized and gave me another appt right away. A*** showed up the next appt time, but I had forgotten it and was in bed. Luckily I caught him in time and he proceeded with the A/C checkup. He was professional, courteous, friendly, and explained the problem. Part had to be ordered and A*** came back to install it. Last year my Air conditioner went out in the middle of summer July, the worst time of the year. I called Lees and they came out 2-3 days later due to it being a Friday afternoon when I called. So they did come on Monday checked my air conditioner an needless to say technician stated we needed a new air conditioner. Supposedly my unit could not be fixed, so I’m in debt 27,000 now and ever since I had it installed I’ve had nothing but trouble with the system, we started hearing loud noises when we turned the heater on each time the system started up and turned off and each time a technician came something was wrong and they supposedly fixed it. They came 6 or more time throughout the winter months, now we’re using the AC and it’s happening again an they refuse to acknowledge they sold me a lemon. My warranty is up at the end of July, I’m afraid when it ends I will get stuck paying a lot out of pocket to fix anything else that breaks on the system. This company was a god send. I had a problem with my water heater and they were able to come out the same day and explain to me what I needed to get hot water back up and running for my fiancé and the baby. In the end I did need a replacement which I wasn't too excited about but they worked with me to make it affordable. They were quick, clean and professional. These guys deserve a metal.
