Our Tankless Water Heater went down. **** was there the next day to get it up and running. But since it was 18 years old the recommendation was to have it replaced. **** was there again the following day to install the tankless water heater we ordered. The installation was completed timely and professionally. **** did a great job explaining the new system and preventive maintenance needed.

After agreed upon work to be done with new hvac and ductwork the job began with a measurement of the house interior. **** explained its to get the right amount of air to a particular area. Bigger or smaller ducts or more vents. He was able to get his measurements around 9-11am. We had kids sleeping and he was very respectful of their space. He had to measure all rooms, hallways, kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room, and closets. He was thorough and very professional. We are in the next phase.Lee's Air, Plumbing, & Heating

He was prepared when he arrived and got started right away.
