I paid Manuel T***** to do guardianship paperwork for me on Sept 9th The paperwork was never filed at the court house. Manuel wouldn't let me write a check and told me i had to pay cash. i called him to ask why my paperwork wasn't filed he said he was sick. Manuel told me he was going to send me a check for the money i paid which he's had excuses and has told me he mailed me a check that has never showed up. I have a receipt that his son gave me when he had me sign paperwork back on sept 8th.

Manuel T***** started assisting me in a small claims documentation support & following the proper channels to get the corruptive contractor to pay me after letter was sent things went sideways I’ve tried doing my diligence in communicating with Manuel but been pushed aside makes me realize the contractor bought him out.Sad great guy & thought he was here for the community.

The idea that I was "bought" off by the other person is ridiculous and insulting. This person has provided not one shred of evidence to back up what he is saying. The truth is that I wrote this person a very well-written demand letter, which was sent certified to the other person, who ignored it and didn't bother to retrieve the letter from his post office. Once I received the letter back, I was ready to submit the complaint on this person's behalf. However, I believe he had an inkling that the other person would just ignore his complaint.and he would receive nothing from the small claims case. At that point, he submitted his negative review of me and later offered to remove it if I returned his initial payment to him, a sort of extortion. I refused his request and the review remains in place. I find it hard to believe that people can say these types of things without providing a shred of evidence and the BBB allows it.
