      We have purchased solar going on 2 years ago and are still not connected and are paying 2 bills. Legal action is about to start. 40,000 we are paying for solar and it is not even on. PGE said they are waiting on them and this is un acceptable. At this point they can take there stuff and restore my home to hoe it was period. I am trying to save money and now are paying 2 bills! I am requesting delivery of service or a refund

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *******6, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However no one has yet reached out to me.

      Feb. 22 - Present, $13k. Provide all components of solar including install and proper permitting. Complaint=time frame, permits, job not completed in a timely manner. It has taken 5 months to from initial meeting to install. Permit had to be redone 3 times due to 1st time was put in the previous HO name, 2nd wrong placement, and 3rd actual placement that still was not the placement that happened. Never received WIFI booster that they said they were going to give me, now my unit is not able to update properly. Supposedly only one person knows what's going on with my acct, which I think is ** as I have talked to multiple people. Because of their delay I am now paying for my solar and still SDG&E, which is completely unacceptable. Also when install was going on a phone line was cut and they just left it without fixing as no one came and complained. I have not been able to get approval because there was conduit that was the incorrect size, and to this date it's still not repaired, and I have not been called to set repair date. With all that has gone on how do I know that they have done the rest of the job properly.

      My solar panels are no longer producing energy I can use. I need a Semper Solaris tech to come evaluate and fix the problem. I have contacted the customer service multiple times this week and the customer service rep is not helpful and will not send someone to my house to fix the issue. My panel is a 100 amp and it needs to be 200 amps so the breaker is tripped and the inverter for the solar is flashing RED.
