    We requested Travis tree company to top and trim trees, while here Travis approached us and said that three other trees should be removed to promote growth and health of adjacent trees. We agreed on the price to remove three trees taking the gentleman at his word. After removing three trees he cut ****** in the stumps and instructed and showed us to pour round up in the ****** of ***** so it would not grow back. We poured the straight round up with his assistance and since we have the adjacent trees we were trying to make healthy dying.We have contacted Travis tree numerous time to get an opinion if the trees will bounce back or what can we do only to get told by receptionist they don't have an arborist on staff but she would have Travis call us. He never has to this date so we are going to start here and then follow up later we are guessing with small claim court unless you have a better solution?We have 2 23 year old redwoods dying in our front yard.
