    I hired Travis to thin and trim two large Chinese Elms in my front yard. I asked for a small one to be taken down and in the back two more large ones to be cut back slightly. We agreed on pricing and a date, Travis was there as promised at 8:00. The crew was right to work and the equipment that they had was impressive. They completed the work that they said would take a couple days in five hours. The work itself was fine, the trees were trimmed just as promised. But the clean up destroyed my landscaping and smaller trees. We have two silver dollar gum that were snapped off numerous shrubs and bushes that were damaged. We have a bench swing that had a lattice arch over it, two pots on each side with climbing vines winding through the lattice and permanent watering systems. They were moved and the vines were killed, we have two rose arches that had wind chimes and lanterns that were broken and the archways bent. Pots were broken our bamboo on the fences were tore off.
